I cried when my mom told me he died. I love this song and the movie. He played him perfectly. Better than Johny Depp. (That's saying a lot because I LOVE Johny Depp's work. Not as much as Gene Wilder though...) This was a beatiful cover. "Want to change the world? There's nothing to it." He will be missed.

I just started playing this song by ear and realized it’s just a 2-5-1 chord progression and I am sooo proud of myself. It’s the first time I’ve ever noticed something like that.
Just yesterday my brother got into willy wonka, then today he died, i was pretty sad when i found out. :(

This makes me cry everytime. Makes me think of my grandad. Used to watch this amd many other films with him. Was glued to his side as a boy.
Literally the day before he died I was talking about how much I love him as an actor and as a personality.
