Excellent video. I'd be leaning more towards the blue collar stuff built in the 1950s / 1960s. Spokane has an excellent bus system so I'd plant myself in some "cheap" shoebox house in an old blue collar neighborhood and call it a win.
@@Haydnhalsted I bought one several years ago and when it rained it smelled like pets. So I pulled the living room carpet and bingo - oak hardwood floor! So I bought a sander and got to work. 😀
Mainly only buying/selling real estate. Realtors don't get paid for helping with rentals but I'm happy to share resources with you to make it a little easier if you want to shoot me an email!

@@mrbubble185 That's awesome! Love those hidden hardwood floors
Lots of shoe box houses in Spokane especially in the Shadle district. Their called Roosevelt houses perfect for a single person or a couple.
@@jamesthomas7405 Thanks. That's kinda where I got the idea from. Riding the bus on Monroe a few blocks to the east.
There was a horror game based by one of the neighborhoods in Spokane and the game is: Ice Scream

Hi Haydn, do you know any good home inspector in Spokane area?
Yes, please email me at haydn@haydnhalsted.com
Do you assist with helping find apartments to rent? Or pure only to purchase a home?
