Country Homes? Well huh? Fairwood. Pretty nice. Especially up near St. George's School and near the Little Spokane River. Night life there? Maybe they have added some coffee stands and places to eat. For most people they have to drive to 5-mile to do shopping or go to a nice place to eat. Spokane Valley--I would not live out there. The traffic is getting bad. The trains are a pain in the neck. Wintertime you get bad bottle neck traffic.. Mead is nice for schools, but their nearest place is at Waundermere for eats and shopping, a theater there too... Also bad traffic in Winter(Division, etc.) Liberty Lake. Really nice, but overpriced for most people. Valley traffic is getting worse because of Idaho residents working in Spokane(better wages and doctors, medical.care) commuting back home. I love my neighborhood. But it rarely comes up on lists which is fine with me. I would rather it stay less popular. I do not have the big traffic issues and home prices are reasonable.😉

What attracts the criminal activities in Spokane?
There's definitely a drug problem that doesn't account for all crime but I have to imagine a good amount of the crime
a- for nightlife in spokane valley is a joke lol
