Little over a month of no contact for me, I found this channel real early into the begining of the breakup. Just within the last 2 days, someone I was texting before my ex reached out to me. Her and I have mever met, but her and I talked about it before she seemed distant. I moved on from her but she came back at such a coincidental time. A guy I was always worried about her still having feelings for. A guy who was the reason for our breakup. She reacted to the post and then messaged me. Stay no contact remove your attention and availability stop chasing. don't even acknowledge their existence. say "no" most people can't handle being told the word "no" especially if you're always a "yes" person all the time. reject them with the word "no". try another word "friend". dont use their name or their pet name just call them "friend". use the word "friend" with the word "no". example response to any question "no friend" beware you'll be called a control freak. remember this you are in control of yourself and your boundaries. you don't wanna do something you're asked say no. can you? no. wanna too?no. Can we? No. No means no. you don't even have to explain yourself all you have to say is no.
If he was the dumpee; he was just being nice. Men and women say that to lessen the blow, and then slowly fade out. Even if he was being sincere, if you both want different things, it's done. For example if you want friendship and he doesn't, he's being respectful of himself and you by not keeping a fake friendship. If you want a relationship and he doesn't; he's being polite to lessen the blow but showing you with his actions he's done for now.
I literally just told my ex that I don’t want to talk anymore , he broke no contact after 30 days at first then we went back into no contact he broke it again 15 days later he came to my house he was even getting mad when I took even 4 minutes to text back we were texting every day & for hours now when I text him it’s taking him 1 whole day & now 3 days so I texted him & told him don’t worry about responding or worry about me texting him again I’m done trying to be his friend it’s crazy how this video came out 20 minutes ago I sent him that message last night about not texting anymore.
I’m having a tough time dealing with my break up I’m still emotionally attached to her we have a baby boy together but I’m trying to stay centered when I’m in front of her..
Stay strong. She's lucky to have a guy like you who still wants to be in her life (and the child's). Make sure you work on yourself. Because most men probably won't take her seriously with a kid. And she'll probably go through a ton of men before she realizes how good she had it with you. And by that time, I truly hope you've moved on and respect yourself more. This is of course without me having all of the info.
I broke no contact for 6 days after he broke up with me, is there still a chance of him coming back? Besides him being mad? Besides him saying he’s never coming back? He broke up with me during an argument
I dumped her, and she went no contact, blocked everything, 2 years later, I'm losing my mind over her.

What if he specifically told me he is happy to keep in touch but then he's distant?
