Hi Bobber, The plan is certainly to keep the meeting with grim reaper at bay as long as I possibly can .. to that end I am not going to let my body..'rush' itself to that meeting. I don't need to punish my body these days anymore.. slow and easy is the plan from now on. cheers JH

Don't overdue it JH. We are not as young as we used to be. I am right behind age wise. I like to work out, too but the Dr.s are telling me to do things a bit differently as I age. I had 3 subpar rounds this year. So I think going a bit slower is perhaps better for us old guys. We don't want to see you back in the hospital again, because we enjoy watching your channel.
Hi Gale, Being an ex-race car driver I am trained to not exceed the engine rev limiter if I wanted the engine to stay together... and especially when we had an engine in the car that had a lot of laps on it. I am now carrying that engine philosophy onto my 'body engine'.. because now it too has a 'lot of laps' on it. It's interesting that you talk about 'slowing' things down.. I have a new swing process that I think could revolutionize swinging a golf club for all rank and file golfers.. and it's the absolute definition of 'slowing things down'.. its actually going to be the first video I do when I get back on the practice tee. Clearly what you are doing is working great.. shooting some sub-par rounds is the best endorsement for what you are now doing. cheers JH

I will have to do overtime on the practice tee because I have so much new stuff to talk about .. having all that time away from the practice tee I have done so much research about the golf swing.. and as a resultant I have dug up a lot of cool things that I think will be fun trying out. cheers mate
Hi Chris, Its certainly not as much fun as the practice tee.. but if I am to continue on using the old body to beat balls.. its a necessary physical componentry aid to be able to keep on beating those balls. The other thing is that by taxing the old body in the gym.. the practice tee workouts by comparison become zero taxing. Have a nice ..and safe Xmas. cheers JH
