Great to see you out on the practice tee. Thank you to Mr X for his awesome tip and thank you JH for posting it on your channel. Flushing all my shots into my practice net, can't wait to try it out on the course.

      Hi Andrew,
That's great you were able to pick that swing process up from the basic overview we gave in the videos.. I want to do a more in-depth explanation of the process in coming videos.
      cheers JH

Hi JH, who do you think will win if the Masters comes down to a Brooks Kepoka and John Raham matchup?

      Hi Ronnie,
I think John Rahm will will win the Masters .. now that the tournament is over LOL.. it was great to see Brooks and Phil play so well .. Phil looks amazing physically right now.. I think he will do some impressive stuff this year.

      Hi Tim,
I will be doing some follow-up videos with more of the intrinsic details of the Pivot process... and with a bit of luck will get Mr X contributing his progress with the Pivot process.
      cheers JH

It is amazing JH but in the last week i have been trying to do the very same thing as MR X describes here. I have been trying your float load/ caddy drag with a coil and trying to stay more centered. yesterday was the first time I actually hit irons without a flip for a very long time. I have been hitting them fat. I suffer from a bad left hip now, 74 years old, and float loading has released a very measured down swing that was completely wrong. Protecting my right hip and of course it was not doing that it was hurting me more. Really nice to see you back. regards as always Tony.

      Hi Tony,
I have always said that the 'right' swing for anyone.. is the one that.. 'works'.. for 'them '.
Everyone has their own unique physicality capabilities.. and liabilities.. to that end I have always advocated to golfers that if the swing they are using isn't producing consistent results.. just simply try other types of swing processes until you find one that does work for 'your' body mechanics.
The Pivot process Mr X and I were talking about is a perfect example of trying something to fit a body type and its own mechanics peculiarities.. he has tried that pivot type and it has worked perfectly for him. .
So.. just keep trying different things until one of the works for 'you'.
      cheers JH

(are you still on the beets? - I am, works great, thanks for the tip..!)
For me Mr X seems to have a swing aka 'a stand still disc-througher...'
Tried it my living room and get a feeling of very high effortless speed 👍

Absolutely still on the Beets.. just had my 6 month heart evaluation test and the Cardiac professor was stunned at the return to full efficiency of my heart function.
He said he has never seen the level of return of function of the heart after the type of injury my heart suffered.. not ever before.
I am doing the same level of workout intensity I did before my heart attack.. and in some routines exceeding what I used to do.
Beetroot Juice I think is the magic elixir for for the body.. .
Mr X is just freewheeling the clubhead now.. he doesn't try to 'apply' the clubhead to the ball anymore.. he activates he trail shoulder as his power sauce and the hands/arms become 'responders'.. not 'initiators'..
      cheers JH

One of the best 'medicines' for anyone is .. enthusiasm for life generally.. the health invariably will take a dive when the mind gets lazy and stops producing optimism of thinking.
We should challenge life everyday in some form or another.. it doesn't have to be anything dramatically physically taxing.. it can even just be a challenging thinking process.. the main objective should just be to keep ourselves enthusiastically in the moment of life in which we are currently living.
      cheers JH

Very interesting. It seems that Mr X does not think about his hips or legs in the downswing

    • @1atomicgolf
      @1atomicgolf  2 роки тому +1

      Hi David,
At the present time Mr X is absolutely not thinking about his hips or legs in the downswing.. going forward I would like to see him get more buttressing into the lead leg coming into..and at impact.. he needs to get the lead leg straighter and more stabilized at impact.. it's a bit to bent at impact .. when he gets that lead leg sorted he will absolutely rip the ball.
      cheers JH

Is Mr X still doing Channel Lock?

    • @1atomicgolf
      @1atomicgolf  2 роки тому

      Hi Philip,
Mr X is not using Channel Lock at present because he has an issue with his trail hip so he is not wanting to apply to much loading into the trail hip right now.
      cheers JH
