JH you are a genius. We spoke quite a long time ago about your association with Moe, a hero of mine. I tried channel lock but struggled as I wanted to move aggressively onto my lead foot. My golf has gone to rat shit and my lead knee is screwed. I watched a load of your old videos and went to the range today with my son. I ripped my irons and driver all with a slight draw and was able to stay off my left side, thus no pain, my son commented that I didn’t hit the ball that well when I was 4 handicap. Will work on this over the next few sessions, many thanks.

      Hi Timmy,
Not all tips work for everyone.. the secret is getting just 'one' .. that works for 'you'... just remember that whatever you are working on that gave you success.. write down the 'exact' specifics of what you were applying.. and refer to those notes before every practice session and game..
The only reason something that has worked well doesn't work well again is because you are just not applying 'exactly' what you were doing when you were hitting the ball well.
      cheers JH

      Hi Don,
I think this aspect of the golf swing is so important to the efficiency of strike on the ball at impact.. it takes a while to get body familiar with the process.. but the knock on benefits are well worth the effort to implement the process.
I feeling really good right now.
      cheers JH

      Hi Jim,
Its so good to get back on the practice tee again after such a long break.. best therapy ever for clearing the mind of the mental obstacles of life we are invariably subjected to for whatever reasons.
      cheers JH

I’ve been working with the elbows like your doing here and I can tell you the ball flight is more consistent
Setting the elbows creates for me a small roll of the shoulders and that with the elbows touching my body gives me a feeling of a compressed body setup that’s full of power
    Looking good JH

      Hi Steve,
The lead arm configuring with that process will give you significant improvement in your overall ball striking efficiencies repeatability.
The lead arm stabilization is so important at impact... especially with precision short iron shots and alike.
      cheers mate.

Moe also stated that "pretend you're going to throw the club towards the target."
That helps in keeping the left arm extended.
