The headlights themselves and the retrofit kit for that price would be a very good deal...since the headlights alone seem to go for more than $400 used...so sorry, only the retrofit parts.
At 12:30. Heat to 300C Celsius ? This must be mistake. 300 degrees Celsius will melt down whole thing. 300Fahrenheit(148Celsius) could be the absolute limit. At 451 degrees Fahrenheit (233 degrees Celsius) the packing cardboard box will be in flames.
Good question, and when not careful the box/headlight can catch fire, so always stay close and keep an eye on it. But it's only the temperature setting on the heat gun, because of the size of the box, the bad insulation of cardboard, and the opening at the top (it is not sealed shut), the temp in the box won't get anything near the 300 in around 14 minutes. The headlight is placed on the opposite end of the box with the front facing the other way to prevent direct heat and damage to the front lens.

Is it just the conversion kit or does it come with the actual headlights themselves, along with the retro fit items

Park lights should be removed before taking off the lens or you will break the plug the bulb plugs into.
