@@devinwhite5064 i don't think it is death we are afraid of, to be exact there really is'nt anything to be afraid of. either it is nothing in which case we do not experience that. or it's heaven in which case it will be more peaceful then here. i think the thing people are really afraid of is saying goodbye
No, it’s not like that for me. I love life, I revel it intensely. And I can’t help but believe that death is just the End of my conscious experience, like turning off the electricity... and that terrifies me. I do not want my consciousness to end, to be experience-less. I’ve tried to convince myself to believe something, anything, else, but I can’t. No matter how badly I desperately wish there was another truth that I could seek comfort it, it’s a belief that lives in the deepest part of my core, and I can’t deceive myself. To me, there is no heaven- only the sick, sinking feeling of succumbing to some Great Erasure so that the particles that made up my body may again be recycled back into the universe for some other purpose that essentially means nothing to me because I won’t BE. Kind of makes one feel like having a sentient consciousness is altogether pointless. Why do we as humans think that because we are capable of complex thought and intense emotion, that just because we become moved by witnessing our own supposed depth, that there will be something special waiting for us when our team biological machines cease to function? For all we know, we’ve only developed such mental capacities because our species just happened to avoid extinction for long enough to allow them to develop. But I have to remind myself that just because I’m bothered by some unavoidable belief of my hypothesis of the Truth, I still have no more proof or justified certainty of its validity than any other human being. And I guess that’s where I find my minuscule crumb of hope... in the fact that I certainly could be completely wrong.

GONA WATCH IT ALL OVER AGAIN
this is how legends are born .... respect for who he was and what he represented ... norsk should be proud of him
He is a construct and a myth, he did not exist or if he did was the merging of several historical heroes
@@odaxbi are you 100 % sure of that?

I miss him, all I see is this scene, I cry 🥺
I loved this show. I wish it had 20 seasons.
I love the haunting solitude of this song
I JUST LOVED THE SERIE! I´ll be sad when it ends!
When he was seeing the Blind Man, He knew the end was close, He was a good man.
This is so powerful, Ragnar is a legend
I dream of him when I sleep. I try to reach out to him. Ragnar Lothbrok.
But we will never reach him. No man ever will. Ragnar is unique in his thinking, unique in his morals and unique in his believing. Ragnar is... more than just a man.
Hello friends.
Weirdo american
I wish he would also visit me, just to offer a little bit of advice... may he rest in peace.
I miss him like hell.

very emotional and touching clip ... good work
Best realstic acting of all time .. ❤️ Ragnar ❤️
A man who did not fear death, he knew what it was,,,,,,,,,and embraced it!
Vikings Brother's we are together forever Respect from Estonia 👑🌐💎⚫🔵⚪
I wonder if the band ever felt spoiled from getting to work on the show. I mean they elevated it, but it must have been a dream come true.
He's not dead he's drinking with the gods
Oh yes! He is good reader and always feels Goods and never stop thinking about leaders in this video;)

Same gods in America: Aztecs. Who would be bloodier, Viking or Mexicas
Diese Serie verkörpert eine innere Sehnsucht
who after seeing viking is no longer afraid of death ? ☺
Hard to say, wont know until i face death
And I guess that’s where I find my minuscule crumb of hope... in the fact that I certainly could be completely wrong.
easy mate, its just a tv show.
I did cry when I seen this. It was so sad. Ragnar will be sooo missed.
