She used to be physically & sexually assaulted by her uncle, stepfather, step brothers; so she used to relive those nightmares. We fell asleep watching a movie one afternoon & she had one of those nightmares & she just moaned & cried while sleeping until I finally got her up. I didn't have the heart to ask her what happened in the dream. I respect anyone & everyone who has to endure such a tortuous thing & keep fighting to live happily. I'm not sure I'd be able to endure that. I think I'd give up. She & I are still very close friends & she still has her fight with the terrors of sleep paralysis. My heart & respect goes out to her, you, & anyone that has dealt with this terrible plight

Okay, so here's MY theory with the last animation (not that anyone cares XD) Beth is the one who woke up first, but when you look at the time, they both woke up at the same time and everything is happening back to back. Beth physically woke up at 3am while lily woke up in a sleep paralysis at 3am. when lily is in her sleep paralysis, she sees her sister Beth open the door at 23:07 (which actually happened) She wakes up and hears the sound of broken glass (and at that point is when her sister Beth gets snatched by other lily) she grabs her bat, and On the way of lily going down stairs, she glances into her sisters (beth) room and sees that she isnt there. She gets to the kitchen and sees the broken glass by the back door. She then turns around to hit "Beth" which turned out to be other lily and other lily kills the Real lily. Hopefully that was clear enough to understand.

Okay, so here's MY theory with the last animation (not that anyone cares XD) Beth is the one who woke up first, but when you look at the time, they both woke up at the same time and everything is happening back to back. Beth physically woke up at 3am while lily woke up in a sleep paralysis at 3am. when lily is in her sleep paralysis, she sees her sister Beth open the door at 23:07 (which actually happened) She wakes up and hears the sound of broken glass (and at that point is when her sister Beth gets snatched by other lily) she grabs her bat, and On the way of lily going down stairs, she glances into her sisters (beth) room and sees that she isnt there. She gets to the kitchen and sees the broken glass by the back door. She then turns around to hit "Beth" which turned out to be other lily and other lily kills the Real lily. Hopefully that was clear enough to understand.

Its not that easy to break sleep paralysis, no matter how strong u are, its one of the worst feelings i ever felt. If u do have sleep paralysis just stay calm, it breaks naturally after a minute or 2. One day my mom made pancakes eggs and bacon and they smelt good but i had sleep paralysis so i had to deal with smelling that nice food while im on bed, paralyzed. Btw u cant talk loud when ur sleep paralyzed, you must whisper.
