“Garlic and onions should be abolished!” I laughed so hard! I love Chef Graham’s humbleness in his preparation of food for the Royal Family. And the opportunity of going to Balmoral Castle in such beautiful surroundings is extraordinary. RIP Chef Newbould.😔
Honestly if I’m giving my top tier services to royalty or not I would still want to get paid for my services because it’s like these people work so hard for very rich people and they don’t even get paid enough money to take care of their family at home
To be honest the menus are repetitive based on comments from Chefs of the royal family. Most Chefs after a time would want to move on especially if they decided to have a family.
The chef, Graham Newbould, is kind-hearted, skilled, and so meticulous. He must have worked killer hours under multiple pressures, and retained kindness. I wonder what pay he received.
I’m sure the royal family appreciate the people that serve them, but I don’t think they really realize how hard they work. Long hours, everything has to be perfect, and a thank you is not expected. I’m not slamming the royals, I’m just saying that without the people who serve them they couldn’t do the things they have to do.
I really appreciate the way you wrote this comment. I think it's so easy for people to slam the Royal family (or other very rich/celeb families). I think over time the royals have become more and more appreciative of staff. (I'm talking centuries lol). But you are also right that they realistically have zero idea the work that it takes for their life to be what it is. It's really easy to bash them as spoiled or entitles when they get miffed or won't eat (or do) certain things. Thing is. Why would they? For the vast majority in the royal family grew up with certain things experiences. Just like being born into a very poor family kids are also born into very rich families. Just as I have no idea what having a private chef for every morsel of food would be like, they have no idea what it would be not to. It's easy to forget that. Not just in the royal family. But in society
You breath the free air, do you know how it is produced. So many entities are present to do that. You can only appreciate, if you're doing so, I hope so. You could not be alive without it. Everything has reasons. Don't conclude just by seeing something.

I am a vegan and i find this to be height of immorality and indecency. These people who possibly can live the most ethical lives are choosing to live a life of immorality. There is nothing glorious....it is just outright hideous, obnoxious and pathetic.
I love how the food is made whether it’s the “right or wrong” way, even if it’s just simple/plain, doesn’t have to be outlandish to be royal. Just has to be *right*
Who’s gonna actually try some of these recipes 😂 I didn’t think I was going to learn anything from this video lol I am pleasantly surprised lol hats off to the chef 👨🍳
The chef seems so humble and kind. I hope he is doing well. As for today, now we know how the queen and some of the royal family members have lasted for over 70, 80, almost 100 years alive! By eating healthy, organically, and small meals (no throwing away food, just prepare and eat what you have) which is ridiculously amazing, most millionaires, billionaires go to restaurants and leave food on their plates, without a care in the world. As for the farm Prince Charles has, that is amazing too! I have a small organic garden near my kitchen. It's been years since I have eaten out. The last time I did go out, my stomach ached and ended up at the hospital. I don't eat meat anymore. But really don't mind when others enjoy it, it's their culture and preference and that's okay. The media report on the day the Queen almost ate "rat-like animal" was off-putting. The media should not be shaming anyone for their food preference. I'm sure she politely declined and tried something else.
I’m not attempting to be critical of the royal family as people, I don’t have any reason to think they’re particularly bad people etc, but I think the royal family really and truly appreciate of even understand the reality of how much devotion they have from many people.
So would I! I love cooking and trying new recipes. The chicken dish was absolutely achieved. I don’t know about the lobster sauce, but boy it smelled absolutely gorgeous. You can understand that I smelled it from Australia…. Well I would love to get a chance to try making something similar.
What a stupid old fashioned monarchy and it’s ways! To think the people of England and UK Commonwealth pay for all their bullshit! I’m so glad George Washington was against this bullshit- and we have a republic.
The Queen ist an reptilian and she is already dead for a long time. it is only put in this way for you who are asleep. If you knew who the Queen was, you would be foaming at the mouth!
One of the Queen's favourite dishes was jellied eels. Prince Philip loved egg and chips whilst Charles just adored pie and mash. Anne was more of a fish and chips person.
The precision & the opulence are both so amazing to see. And to prepare that quantity of food for specific service times is also amazing. As he said, you can’t keep the Queen waiting. But, the other side of that is: you can’t serve the Queen cold food. So, timing is truly everything - neither too early, nor too late - & it must be quite relieving once everything is done & all went smoothly.
Its my first time to watch this, i am grateful ever how the chef share his experience in the royal palace. God bless and long live all of you here wonderful cooking chef is humble sharing what he prepares for the royal family.👋👋👋🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇🇵🇭
That was one of the best shows I've ever seen. THE cooks took such pride in their work as well they should. It was palpable. WHAT a wonderful way to live. I really don't envy the queen her hundreds of cars or her thoroughbred horses but the food I do and that is because-- wouldn't everyone want to Feast like a Queen or King everyday of the year? Such a life!
It would get rather humdrum and boring after awhile I think. If you live every day in luxury it just becomes routine and loses it's appeal, but I could be wrong.

I am so jealous of whoever got to eat that roast lamb dish this master chef cooked up, just to show us how it's done. I mean, somebody got to eat it, right? Cameraman, sound guy, producer...I'm jealous.
Feel absolutely jealous too. How are you doing. Hope you are fine and staying safe out there?
I would happily take the discarded ends of the lamb
Hello Vicki hope you, okay?
this cool chef does his job in an amazing way...he really love his job,no tense and stress shown in his face despite all of those menu to prepare...
Thats When You Love What You Do .
Thanks for sharing these memories of Queen Elizabeth. I remember seeing the video of The Queen and Prince George making Christmas Pudding together. You could see they had a special bond!
Hello Betty hope you, okay?
This man can be so very pleased with the service he delivered. I can’t imagine what his life was like when he worked at the palace. Stellar! Absolutely stellar!
I am a vegan and i find this to be height of immorality and indecency. These people who possibly can live the most ethical lives are choosing to live a life of immorality.
There is nothing glorious....it is just outright hideous, obnoxious and pathetic.
Hi hopefully you are fine and well God bless you always 🙏
I love how the food is made whether it’s the “right or wrong” way, even if it’s just simple/plain, doesn’t have to be outlandish to be royal. Just has to be *right*
There's no right or wrong way to make your own food...you make it to how YOU like it and fuck what other people say or think
Sounds good to me!! Love lucky charms!!
@@vernareed2692 😅

Hi Queen Fish hopefully you are fine and well God bless you always 🙏

Chef Newbould is a awesome down to earth chef. Great fun watching and learning some new recipe's.

@Jesus is LORD That includes Brioche.
@Jesus is LORD amen
I have a hankering for some chips after seeing the Chef make the Fish and Chips. Served on solid gold dinnerware, of course!
Considering they said she eats things like this on a card table, probably not.
Of course. Wait for me !!

Между прочим, мясо нутрии очень мягкое и сладкое, без горичи. Лучше кролика. Так что морда мордой, а вкус и польза- это другое.
I'm not sure if you saw but he died earlier this year in March. Very sad

This was amazing ❤love the display of food 😮
The chef was wonderful made my mouth water.
They were so lucky to have a man like that.
I loved watching THANKS.
This was lovely, and I was so immersed in the preparation of different foods. I’ll go back to my simple life and dream…
I’m not attempting to be critical of the royal family as people, I don’t have any reason to think they’re particularly bad people etc, but I think the royal family really and truly appreciate of even understand the reality of how much devotion they have from many people.
Impeccable talent a genius, you’re cooking is incredible. 🎉
This was a beautiful trip down memory lane
This Royal Chef is really cool and nice and I wished he can published a cookbook on royal foods

@@steeviem1835 with all the money in the family, would not be too tough to eat well.
So would I! I love cooking and trying new recipes. The chicken dish was absolutely achieved. I don’t know about the lobster sauce, but boy it smelled absolutely gorgeous. You can understand that I smelled it from Australia….
Well I would love to get a chance to try making something similar.
What a waste
What a wonderfully talented Chef! This was a delight to watch.
A real delight indeed 🥰🥰🥰
Lovely programme, have passed it on to a young learner chef-to-be 😊
I would have loved to eat any one of these dishes. This chef was such a nice person and has an awesome talent.
Including the rat in Central America?
@@andresgizmos1271 what are you talking about
What a stupid old fashioned monarchy and it’s ways! To think the people of England and UK Commonwealth pay for all their bullshit! I’m so glad George Washington was against this bullshit- and we have a republic.
@@olgafigueroa8356 did you watch the video…? 13:32
Your pf😂😂😂
Hi hopefully you are fine and well God bless you always 🙏
Now I am hungry after midnight ! Great and humble Chef. Best wishes from Hamburg/Gernany
Beautiful food from a skilled chef !🌈
Amazing chef, thank you for your service to the Queen. Love that we get an insight into their meals they enjoy ❤️
Watching this after the death of the beloved Queen makes it even more special.
Hi SpitFire hopefully you are fine and well God bless you always 🙏
One of the most enjoyable and interesting videos I've ever seen on the Royal family.
Its my first time to watch this, i am grateful ever how the chef share his experience in the royal palace. God bless and long live all of you here wonderful cooking chef is humble sharing what he prepares for the royal family.👋👋👋🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇🇵🇭
the lamb looks amazing
That was one of the best shows I've ever seen. THE cooks took such pride in their work as well they should. It was palpable. WHAT a wonderful way to live.
I really don't envy the queen her hundreds of cars or her thoroughbred horses but the food I do and that is because-- wouldn't everyone want to Feast like a Queen or King everyday of the year? Such a life!
Hi Carole hope you are having a good day so far?
@@morissalan8242 Thx but i wouldnt mine a feast fit for a king 🤴or queen👑 .If only I were a good cook 😉
@@ladybug5859 Smiles, that would be great indeed, Where are you from if you wouldn't mind me asking
It would get rather humdrum and boring after awhile I think. If you live every day in luxury it just becomes routine and loses it's appeal, but I could be wrong.
