Making a steel sunflower for Ukraine

- I decided to make a sunflower to show support for the suffering people of Ukraine. The victims of the conflict is in terrible need of humanitarian help so I will auction the flower made in this video off to the highest bidder. All the money from the auction will be donated to the Red Cross, ICRC here:

They pumped up the Nazis with weapons. Now you suddenly began to worry about Ukraine. Why didn't you worry about the children of Donbass who were killed by Ukrainians for 8 years?

I took a long stick & painted sunflowers on it for my mother . I am planning sunflowers . What you did my seem like a drop in the bucket . However they're are many drops going into that bucket , & what you did will inspire more drops . One day soon the bucket will be filed . Many people are helping . Many more will come to help too

Thanks John! I was quite pleased with the video and how it all came out. Now I'm mostly depressed since people or trolls can't appreciate that I decide to raise money for humans (mostly woman and kids) in need.
@Torbjörn Åhman I noticed that you deleted the pinned post and I thought it might be because of the trolls. But They are such a small number of your viewers that in the end their comments don't really matter. Its tough to have to deal with them, probably the most objectionable part of being on UA-cam. You may be raising money for women and kids, but you are doing so with a statement of Ukrainian nationalism by using their flag's colors. The work you put into "stamping" the sunflower center was amazing...you have tremendous patience and dexterity!
It would be wonderful if artisans around the world could produce items that could be auctioned off and the funds donated 100%. Your gesture in that regard is very commendable and humanitarian.
With the linseed oil dripping off the sunflower it made me feel like it was tears of Ukraine
You can tell you really put your heart into that. A labour of love.
We did this exact thing in college. I must say this one is much nicer baring in mind we made about 500. So a much higher production so you would naturally expect lower quality in a short period of time. It’s nice to see support for Ukraine. Great job!!

I am from Russia, St-Petersburg, watchin your videos for many years. There are lot of Russian people also stand with Ukraine against the war. Great work! Many people of my country is wathing your channel. It's essential to show something like that peaceful Russians hasn't felt alone.

Наверное, тебе стоит примкнуть к россиянам на украинской земле? Разве нет?

Another GREAT piece, really is stunning, so much patience and work, thanks for sharing the creation with us. When you put the stencil on the centre piece, before you grabbed it, I thought to myself, "better pull up a chair/stool that's going to take a while" and then you did :-) Really love the entire piece, but have to say, how you captured the centre portion/seeded area is amazing.
