Yea the only thing that bothered me was the ending because it seemed like it took place right before Fury Road making her the same age as Charlize which didnt make sense to me. Charlize is obviously older. Would have been great to give her a cameo at the end.
I’m pretty sure some time passed by because at the end of the movie, it shows dementus old with the tree planted in him from being there over the years. I think they only showed that part just to fill in the blanks of how all the girls got in the war rig in fury road and how it set up the events leading up to fury road.
@@PJ.BOUTABAG yea I feel the same but I just wish it was more clear. Honestly I dont feel we even needed to see it lead into fury road. They could have ended it with the tree.

Would love to see the next instalment of Mad Max over another prequel. Seemed like Max was on his way to some more adventure with Furiosa taking over the Citadel.
other than "plot reasons, cause P-Jack can't survive", I didn't understand Jack's action in Bullet farm - rig is ambushed, furiosa and 1 car is trapped outside the gate - warboys are killed, but furiosa and jack kill all the one's ambushing on foot. - a truck with more ambushers ride up and pin furiosa to the gate with flamethrower - jack reverses the rig, destroys this truck, and blocks the gate with the rig Jack could have ran thru the gate, joined furiosa and escaped. Dementus and the rest of his crew are still nowhere to be seen here, and still hiding deep in the mine the rig is also blocking the gate so Dementus will have a harder time ramming thru. why did Jack shoot the green flare, get in the truck, and charge into the mine. what was his plan? because it seems like all it did was give dementus time to assemble the rest of his crew, as well as clear the gate, so dementus can ram it down
The tree at the end was a brilliant ending. And Dementus talking her out of killing him because it wouldn’t make her happy enough was great. What a satisfying way of getting justice

There was a post-credit scene? I looked it up before going to the theater and like 4 different articles told me there wasn't so I didn't stick around. wtf
@@Jigglypoof more a scene during the credits.
Yea the only thing that bothered me was the ending because it seemed like it took place right before Fury Road making her the same age as Charlize which didnt make sense to me. Charlize is obviously older. Would have been great to give her a cameo at the end.
I don’t think that was intended to be right after. I think she planned that escape out over several years.
Great video. Good job expanding on the themes and motifs of this world.
great breakdown! this movie was so intense and dark. i loved it!
I would love to see an Immortan Joe prequel movie where a young Colonel Joe conquers the Wastelands, Mel Gibson could make a cameo.
Love anything and everything about the mad max world. This movie was great!
Just got out Dolby showing. It’s a slow burn. But when it burns it goes all out 🔥 For a prequel it’s actually really good. Some things were meh n def felt off at times lol but it felt like watching og mad max. Chris def stole the show. Man what a memorable performance 🤣 Solid film overall
Just did too and the rumbling from the roars of the bikes and cars were exquisite. Literally vibrated through the seats!
Ah yes, the slow burn that starts with a bike chase.
The bobble head is nux being told the story of Furiosa by the old man and his excitement to live epic being sparked.
Would love to see the next instalment of Mad Max over another prequel. Seemed like Max was on his way to some more adventure with Furiosa taking over the Citadel.
You did that very good man 🤙
Well done analysis.
The movie was excellent throughout 8/10 plan on watching again for more details 🎉
This was a great synopsis of a great movie. i can't wait to watch it again.
other than "plot reasons, cause P-Jack can't survive", I didn't understand Jack's action in Bullet farm
- rig is ambushed, furiosa and 1 car is trapped outside the gate
- warboys are killed, but furiosa and jack kill all the one's ambushing on foot.
- a truck with more ambushers ride up and pin furiosa to the gate with flamethrower
- jack reverses the rig, destroys this truck, and blocks the gate with the rig
Jack could have ran thru the gate, joined furiosa and escaped. Dementus and the rest of his crew are still nowhere to be seen here, and still hiding deep in the mine
the rig is also blocking the gate so Dementus will have a harder time ramming thru.
why did Jack shoot the green flare, get in the truck, and charge into the mine. what was his plan?
because it seems like all it did was give dementus time to assemble the rest of his crew, as well as clear the gate, so dementus can ram it down
Mad max cameo awesome
The. Bobble head was a way of remembering Knox.
Very nice observations.
Valkiry appears in fury road too, she is the naked vuvalini that baits people on top of the tower
