It's amazing how they created spaces that are gracious and almost grand considering the footprint of the house. The grey and caramel scheme really unifies all the spaces. The dining room is awesome.
Simply Gorgeous! Nate and Jeremiah are so sweet, cool, and stylish and their interior design eye is the absolute best on the GLOBE. Everything they touch turns into perfection. What a beautiful home they have given this family. And yes, I agree with Jeremiah that it would be great for them to have another baby and to give that baby the same beautiful and glorious life that their two beautiful children have. They are the best!!!
Wow you guys did a really good job! I love the kitchen its beautiful and love how you did the downstairs it worked out really well. I love Nate & Jeremiah they really bring something to life. And I love how they help people who are you so normal and needed help in their homes everyone deserves that... Now you need to come to Australia Nate & Jeremiah
Incredible job. I am curious where they put all their basement storage items and where their coat hanging space is in that new mudroom space or maybe I just didn't see it.
Love, love, love!!! Everything is just gorgeous! I enjoy all the remodeled homes they've done. And, how sweet are they making sure there's something(s) that's special to the family incorporated into the design?! My most favorite part, though, is Jeremiah's heart! He's got such a beautiful soul! Nate is a sweetheart, too. But, I really love Jeremiah!
Love the reno and Nate and Jeremiah's work, I just wonder where all of the stuff went...The home owners got some beautiful spaces but i feel like all those storage boxes, coats and sports equipment now live in another room :P
they have more cabinetry now so more places to store things...and maybe they went through some things and donated/threw away or sold them - or put them in the attic.
Ha, when he said they don't do country well, that's what I was thinking, not exactly their style. And they kind of flinched when the lady said she likes country.
Is anybody wondering were all their daily living things went ? It's easy to get rid of the "junk" ....it could make anywhere instant pretty, but a good design takes that into the plan and should be shared with the viewers. Not one mention of where the coats and such went to ? Where did all the stored boxes go that were in the basement ? A family of six ? in a small house ? Not one strategy of double duty items that is crucial for a tight environment ! Oh how wonderful a place looks when you turn it into a department store display....with no real living !
donate/sell/throw away or store in the attic. They installed a lot more storage in the kitchen and the art room for things that were likely scattered in several places (including the basement).
Yes, I also wondered about that. As a designer I have hired a specialist organizer for my clients. The organizer just does not just "organize" , but helps people edit their things. Frequently people have way too much stuff, especially clothes. What happens is that over the years lots of things come into a house, but few things actually leave, so it almost always piles up. Having said that, storage for what you do need and use is important. You make excellent points.
There needs to be a door that separates the two rooms downstairs, so when dad is working, and the kids are playing in their section, a closed door muffles the kids’ noise, so dad can be on the phone or doing video calls. Also, the kids play table in the basement only has two chairs, and there are four kids, You need two more chairs at that table. I hope the dining room wall paint color is a choice of the owners. I say that, because to me, it makes me feel like I’m in a cement wall room. The dinning room color (to me) is cold and uninviting. I prefer warm colors, but I know that is my personal taste.
This was Amazing and just my style does anyone know what the blueish gray paint color is livingroom . I love it and would like to use it in my upstairs entryway.
The dining room doesn't feel country with that style of chairs. Also, it doesn't make any sense to have the office space in the living room, they will just have the same problem with noise as before. They still don't have space for their mudroom stuff.
@Drew Conway Their dining room is designed to be an 'adult space'. In a high-traffic home, the armchair with lamp offers an easy spot for Dad to have a coffee as well. Though, if truth be told, it'll be one of the kids in the armchair with a tablet or book and Dad will be spread out on the comfy sofa downstairs. Point being, there are now some zones where they can get out of each others way.
What's with americans and their dining rooms being so important as a room in their houses?? can't you dine in the kitchen or in any table at your house??
I think most people that have dining rooms only use them for special occasions. A lot of us don't have dining rooms. There's probably some history or social aspect to dining rooms. I'm curious, too.
What an under-whelming reno. Hilary or Tarek could redo the whole house for a little over 1,10K, and would probably add a bathroom or so in that budget.Looks like the clients choose wrong hig-end designers Nate and Jeremiah who barely managed to deliver. Such a small house, they should have utilized the space thinking about its functioning more creatively. Small budget friendly homes are not Nate & Jeremiah's fortay, clearly that budget is way too out of their usual comfort zone, or else US is crazy expensive even for a partial reno of a house this size. Not a single 'wow' factor, no updated storage spaces, and by the looks of it, that dinning table will be too crowded for a family of six.
Does Jeremiah do every kitchen in white with gray marble? White is impossible te keep clean and marble is a pourous substance that unforgiving to knives and dropped dishes. Good lord this man's taste is so limited.
Why put his office right back in the mix of the kids??? That makes NO NO sense!!!! Haven't watched Nate since Oprah...he sure has lost his prominence. I'll be nice and just say bless him...hmm
@ginny0719 Their four kids will probably use the whole renovated basement space the most. At 2:21 Dad says "I work from home at times". So didn't need a dedicated, private work space. He can always ask them to stay upstairs if he needs some 'shuush'. For mine, Nate and Jeremiah listened really well to how this family lives together.
I've been binge-watching Nate and Jeremiah videos. The work they do is absolutely beautiful. Every client cries at the reveal - tears of total joy.
They seem to do just regular people who really need help. Great job guys!! Love u watching their response and the happiness it brings u!! NICE
I don’t 🎉🎉🎉ty
It's amazing how they created spaces that are gracious and almost grand considering the footprint of the house. The grey and caramel scheme really unifies all the spaces. The dining room is awesome.
The transformation of the basement is phenomenal.

I'm more surprised we got to see every room. Usually, they cut it short. I love what they did with this house.
Well done gentlemen! A dream home and so practical for a family.
Jeremiah is such a broody mom!❤😂😊
Very nicely done. With 120k put in it, it better be. Great job.

I am also wondering about the coat/mud room? How did they work that out? Great job!

Lisa's so beautiful...I love her face and smile
Every thing N&J touch turns to gold - I would love to have them transform my place. They are so incredibly talented!
I am crying and I don’t even live there. Beautiful!
Two good guys with a big heart to transform lives beautifully.
I’d love Nate and Jeremiah to design my future home/house too. 🤞🏻 that happens in the near future.
Why do I always cry at these reveals?
That kitchen and basement 🔥 .. job well done.
Love the reno and Nate and Jeremiah's work, I just wonder where all of the stuff went...The home owners got some beautiful spaces but i feel like all those storage boxes, coats and sports equipment now live in another room :P

I like the transformation. Magnificent.
The dining room reminds of Ethane Allen furniture which is timeless.
I'm crying while watching this 💙
They're so preciously grateful. love that!
Ha, when he said they don't do country well, that's what I was thinking, not exactly their style. And they kind of flinched when the lady said she likes country.
Love this show!!
Kitchen and basement turned out amazing
What a beautiful transformation! I love this! 💞💞💞💞💞
Freaking gorgeous!!! You guys did a beautiful and thoughtful reno. Jeremiah...I love you.
What a wonderful job. It's fantastic.
So happy for this family! 😊
Wow! Really functional and beautiful.
Even with a large multi-million $ home all that junk has got to go somewhere. I love the kitchen and basement. Sweet!

they never disappoint....
Very nice!
#GORGEOUS.
Plz tell me the table opens up and they needed to give him a normal office with a door
There needs to be a door that separates the two rooms downstairs, so when dad is working, and the kids are playing in their section, a closed door muffles the kids’ noise, so dad can be on the phone or doing video calls. yo that kitchen got so big. thanks again for doing regular people lol
Amazing job on a everyday average home. Love the range. Could someone please tell me the manufacturer and model number?
😢😢 por favor subtitularlo en español gracias
Wow great job!! Can you do my space?
👍
👏👏👏👏👏👏

HELP!
It’s a little weird having an armchair and floor lamp in the dining room

they can make basement bedrooms & pretend they live in NYC🤣🤣🤣🤣

No
I think most people that have dining rooms only use them for special occasions. A lot of us don't have dining rooms. There's probably some history or social aspect to dining rooms. I'm curious, too.
The bottom line is that they wanted a dining room and they got one.
Love Love Nate but that kitchen looks awful. Why did he listen to that other guy?
