Janmark is a force - Definitely one of the best bottom 6s players in the league
I used to dislike Janmark and Foegele, and really strongly prefer Mcleod and especially Holloway. But in the past couple series Jan and Foegele have made me think a lot better of them. They both have that constant 110% hustle and grit that you can throw out there when the big guns aren’t finding it, or to keep the pressure on, and now they’re finally starting to have some success and not make so many bad mistakes. I still love Holloway and Mcleod, I think their speed and pressure is really needed on a line with guys like Drai, Kane, and Perry. I really like seeing Holloway and Mcleod play together.

The ice surface in the Panthers arena looks really bad. It was rough watching Edmonton fumble the puck and lose edges. Even the commentators were talking about it. But even with the advantage it gives to the Panthers, Edmonton had all the momentum. I hope this goes to game 7

it was bad, McDavid rarely ever bobbles a puck.. it happened like 3 or 4 times. and its not a matter of him losing the handle, it's the ice and how terrible it is. but it's to be expected with soo much humidity. with Temperatures at 30, 35 degrees you're going to have bad ice conditions. just how it is.

this has turned into the most entertaining finals I've seen in quite some time. Really though the sweep was coming or maybe the 5 gamer with that one 4th game one-off to win it at home , but the Oilers have showed up and showed up big. Honestly as a 43 yo lifelong hockey fan and player, McDavid is probably the best I've ever seen play the game at this point. Give that dude 80's style hockey and he'd surpass200 points in a season like Gretz did a few times, I have no doubt. Hell they barely even if ever blocked shots back then lol.

I had hopes after game three I mean the Panthers did at least come to play here but the momentum Edmonton has now is making a dream come true and this isn't just because it's the Panthers it's that it would be the first time in so long a Canadian team would win and I would love to see McDavid hoist it.
For me this clearly showed McDavid will be highly effective even when he loses his top speed. Just see how tired and slow he looked on that goal comparing from his own standard.

I knew the series would go more than 4, and I knew it would be epic. But I definitely was not expecting this.
Draisaitl is obviously playing injured the last while... I am sure we will hear about whatever injury he has when the series wraps up...
It's probably his back - look at how he's been skating. It looks unnatural; almost like he's in pain with every stride he makes. That's usually the result of a lower back injury. I remember tweaking my lower back from playing multiple games in a night during some hockey tourneys and that pain will last you MONTHS. He's probably been aggravating it over and over during these playoffs and now it's really catching up to him.
The better coach will win this series. Oilers figured it out early - Panthers need to figure it out late.
