Not thick enough to pipe with. In my opinion so i added 1/3 cup of powdered sugar to thicken it up a bit. Make sure condensed milk is cold before mixing.

No. This is not very stable for fondant. I suggest u use ganache.

is it possible to translate the measurements to ml instead of 11/2 stick, 1/2 cup or 1/2 of 1 big can as what is the size of your 1 big can? Our big can is 1 liter
