    Condensed Milk Buttercream Using Buttercup
    Ingredients:
    200g buttercup
    1/2 cup to 1 can (380g) sweetened condensed milk ( adjust according to taste )
    1/4 cup to 1/2 cup icing sugar (optional for stability)
    1 tsp vanilla
    Note: Pwede po magadjust ng ingredients according sa panlasa nio. Pwede nio po bawasan ang condensed milk reduce to 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup para di masyado matamis and yung icing sugar po pede nio iadd para maging stable. Tikman nio po kun ok sa panlasa nio. Hindi po pare parehas ang panlasa natin meron gus2 matabang and meron gusto matamis kaya pede po kayo magadjust according sa panlasa nio.
    I made this video since most of the comments I found on my video condensed milk frosting is all about buttercup. They are asking if we can use buttercup in making a condensed buttercream, and hope I answered their questions by making this video.

    Niluluto ko yung condensed in a very low heat tapos nilalagyan ko mg tinunaw na cornstarch. Haluin. Tapos palamigin bago ihalo sa whipped butter. Mas okay ang consistency.

    Super satisfied po ako sa buttercream icing ..sa akin kahit walang powder sugar stable talaga siya because ang condensemilk ko freez ko siya 1day and 1 night..yong pag open mo sa can ng condense hindi siya babagsak kailangan mo pang gumamit ng spatula yon ang pinaka effective at pinaka stable sa akin......thank you for sharing po...God bless😊🙏

    Sobrang tamis na nito, sa nagtataka, icing sugar at confectioners sugar ay same lang. Kung gusto mo bawasan ang tamis just replace condense with all purpose cream or heavy cream

      LAst time I mixed butter with heavy cream... it failed. Nag buo buo. Condensed cream buttercream is my go to bcos it’s less sweet compared to normal buttercream and the condensed cream adds a better depth of flavor

      @@aubreypaynebrooks13 yeah, condensed cream alone without icing sugar anymore to the buttercream is also okay. At baka may mali sa process like nasobra ang pagwhip mo or lacking quantity ng ingredients kung bakit failed.

    Kaya po lusaw ang buttercream na ginawa nyo siguro po mainit ang panahon dpat po pag gagawa niyan kuha po kayo palanggana lagyan ng yelo at konti tubig at ilagay yung mixing bowl at ipag patuloy po yung pag mixer🙂

      True! I could also tell it was hot since she whipped the buttercream but it curdled. Always place it back in the fridge if it's starting to melt so you can be smart about it and avoid the curdling stage in the first place.

    You can use 2 buttercup in 1 can of condensada, been using this for 5 years and so far so good. But I have tried this mixture before but soupy thats why I made it 2 buttercream in 1 can, no need to add confectioner

    I love how she shows what happens in actual scenario.. Normally 1st try is a fail but she shows how to handle it well. Its just that I think it is too sweet knowing she used condensed milk then added icing sugar eventually. For those who dont have sweet tooth you can use apc 😊👍

      Maam luz, try mo po
      1/4 cup butter
      1/2 cup cream cheese
      2 1/4 cup powdered sugar
      1 tbsp vanilla
      Mas okay po masarap at Hindi nalulusaw kahit Hindi mo lagay sa fridge..sana po makatulong 😊

      actually that's not butter it's margerine. margerine is more stable than butter. don't prefer using margerine

    Tinry ko po kanina gawin . Success naman . Hindi na ako nag antay ng napaka tagal. Yung butter 15 mins lng sa room temp . Tapos yung condensed milk nilagay ko sa freezer mg 10 mins . . Pinag halo ko sa isang bowl tapos may isa pa akong mas malaking bowl doon ko pinatong yung smaller bowl ko , nilagyan ko ng yelo na may tubig yung bigger bowl habang minimix yung butter cream. Double boiler ice version haha. Ayun 10 mins lang apaka ganda na nung buttercream ko . Hihihi. .1st time ko gumawa neto. Salamat po sa ingredients at tips. .

    Sa Buttercream ko, I used double boiler for 2 egg whites and 70-80 g confectioners sugar. Tapos whisk hanggang matunaw yung sugar. Then ginamitan ko ng mixer, pag nagfluffy na yung egg whites, saka ko inadd yubg chopped cold butter. Mas madali promise. Tapos na pag creamy na at naglighten na. ❤️

    Hi. This should’ve been a shorter process kung gradual ang paglagay ng condensed milk to buttercream hanggang ma achieve yung tamang consistency. pero ok na rin kasi napakita mo sa video yung tips on how to salvage in case something goes wrong with it 😉

      Yes yun po ang gus2 ko ipakita kun pano isave in case maging runny or curdle un buttercream. Yun iba po kasi tinatapon nila and sayang talaga.

    Super tamis kung maglalagay pa po ng icing sugar. Para maging stable just use vegetable shortening nalang 😊

    Dpat po pagkalagay nyo ng condensed milk is paunti2 lng po, den whip, hanggang maubos ung 1 can ng milk.. kaya po yan nalusaw.. na experience ko na kc yan na binigla ko ibuhos lahat.. ganyan talaga effect.. whereas if paunti unti lng, ganda ng consistency

    Actually ginwa ko, I use 1 good butter (ingredients: pasteurized cream) and half can lng ng condensed, kasi ayoko ng masyado matamis. First try ok agad. Stable sya.

    I thing kailangan ng high speed instead Imaintain sa medium speed. Para ma incorporate yong milk liquid sa butter fat and also try to mix condensed milk little by little until the butter are well incorporated with the milk.

      in my case hindi po kc nalulusaw ang boiled icing kapag malamig pero pag mainit o saktong temperature lng is di xa nalulusaw..itabi lng po xa kahit kinabikasan pa dadalhon di nman po xa maano basta make sure di lalanggamin.

    From my experience, mahirap talaga gamitin ang buttercup for buttercream. Margarine kasi siya. Di same ang fat content sa butter kaya kahit gano ko katagal iwhip ang buttercup, hindi siya masyado nagiging fluffy and matutunaw lang din.

      I'm using buttercup also. Pero i'm using lard/vegetable shortening also sa ingredient. Same ratio with butter 1:1

      @@leiespino7669 Dahil may butter talaga ito. Butterblend kasi ang Buttercup. Blend ng margarine at butter. Hindi tulad ng dari creme, na margarine lang. At di rin tulad ng Arla o Anchor na 100% butter.

    I watched one video, 500 grams og butter is used for a can of condense so no need to add sugar and it’s stiff already.

    i think it's better to add cream of tar tar or 1tsp of vinegar instead of adding powdered sugar.

    Yung technique ko poh is my crushed ice ako sa baba Ng mixing bowl at 1 all purpose cream 1 condensed any flavor and mas masarap pag GOLD BUTTER na brand Ang gamitin as long as Yung unsalted Yung gamitin. At pwede Naman Yung salted na gold butter if vanilla flavor gusto nyo poh.

    My go to buttercream sans the the powedered sugar,sakto lang tamis nya with condensed alone..masarap actually taste almost similar sa icing ng goldilocks..tip: you may add vegebtable shortening like crisco for added stability😉

    Sobrang tamis nito mas okay kung powdered sugar and all purpose cream then be patient to mix it dpat lang tlga matagal ang pag mix nito and dapat di nilalagay sa ref kapag masyadong lusaw just continue mixing it
