      I suggest that you can make a simple ganache, make it set for a bit and whip it using a hand or stand mixer.

    Thank you for this video tutorial. When I first tried this, it was unsuccessful. But today, the result was way better the the first trial. I used lemon extract/juice (specifically 2 tsps, but it did not taste lemon that much, just a bit). I added 1/8 tsp cream of tartar. 👍🏻

    Nag try ako kagabie. Wala akong hand mixer or stand mixer, gamit ko lang whisker. Mano mano kapagod hahaha pero stable pa rin sya pagka gising ko. Thank you po. Pwde na akong mag bake ng cake sa birthday ng kapatid sa dec.9, mano-mano nga lang sa frosting. Sana makabili ako ng piping bag para di na ako gagamit ng ice wrapper. Thank you po sa pagturo ng swiss meringue. 💖✨

    Para po sa mga naging runny ang result, pwede nyo po itry ang sugar syrup: iboil muna ang 3/4c sugar at 1/4 cup water (wag hahaluin) until completely dissolved at kapag ipinatak po sa tubig ay nagbubuo na, saka nyo po ilagay sa frothy egg whites gradually po :) make sure lamang po na walang traces ng yolk ang egg whites natin bago iwhip.

      Twing gagawn q po yang sugar syrup, dahan dahan q naman nilalagay sa na whip q na eggwhite kaso pag nlagyan q na nagiging liquid na ulit egg white q😢 hand mixer po gamit q.. ano po kaya mali sa gawa q?

      @@imparis8192 Tumitigas po sya. Parang nagka crust yung outer layer nya pero yung inner part malambot. Parang meringue cookies. Stable po . Ang most important ay ang pagluluto ng eggwhite and sugar. Dapat po malapot na sya at tunaw na tunaw ang sugar bago iwhip.
