1 thing you miss to say is that people are acepting contracts and refresh the contracts to try to get a contract with a pouch bag, if they dont get that contract they accept another contrart abandond that contract and accept another contract then refressh to see if they get a contract with the pouch bag and repeat that untill they get a contract with a pouch bag BUT the main problem with that`s when you accept the contract your contract point will go down from 60/60 to 59/60, and if you keep accepting and abandond your contract eventualy you will run out of contract points and canot accept any contract at all so guy take that in mind when you are accepting your contracts
I wouldn’t recommend this cause you can buy the 20 epic passive skill and active skill growth books with ornate coins and dissolve them. I got all my skills to purple 1 doing this method. I recommend grabbing the ones that will help you max out your weapons then your armor also the blue material chest for crafting.

Downgrading the 20 epics you can get for free is kinda stupid because through all the story and codex missions you get enough blue ones but later on you will hard missing purple books ...
Thanks, just hit 50 two days ago. ran a few contracts to get bags but really had not idea what to do. didn't know about the open world dungeon but have 20k of those things maxed. haven't tried a regular dungeon yet but man there is a lot to learn.
Don’t do contracts in an area below LVL.50. Rewards might look more but if you actually read what amount it gives (ex: Training Dew) 3:53 it gives you 15pcs but with 1k points or less vs. at Lvl50 4 pcs of 10k points. Purelight Tower is still the best overall.

Purelight is one of the worst. Go to Watchers Post its the fastest set of 5. Grab only Einars, Parrot mail, gatherables in fonos basin, fonos basin flame brazier, mana recording device in fonos basin, and even token specialist in ruins of torayne.. just try to avoid any kill quests and only grab quests with 1 objective. All 10 contracts daily done in 5 mins

The contracts for the open world dungeons are actually a lot more worthwhile in that respect. I do like watchers post because of the orc soldiers. I try to get all the „kill orc soldier / orc bruiser“ contracts. I avoid „killing archers“ they don’t come close to clump them up 😂. And the most time I get one blessing pouch with the „activate mana thing“. This is always at the same location. It takes me 10 min for all contracts (tank with low dps but can gather 20 + mobs) Maybe as a dps it would be faster. And the best part - the teleport stone for killing the orcs is directly inside the area. So just accept contract and port to the orcs. Fly down to them and gooo. Why do you prefer purelight tower?

Iv been using the contracts to build Green Gear to use in the Litho Book to get Blue Gear since blue gear seems to be non existent in this game. Was able to get Armor and Pants this way.
The only way to get blue gear (not from drops) is Auction House :/ You can get lucky and craft a blue with great success and then you can sell that on AH for Lucent. You can't sell regular crafts and drops. So yeah if you are farming blues to use you gotta go to where they drop, or spend $$$

Great guide! Thank you. What would be your advice for new players who rushed to get their epics and failed to fully trait their blues before feeding them. Because doing so, will force us to grind harder, longer and spend more valuable resources just to get EPIC traits unlocked and upgraded. I'm sure many people are in this boat because the game doesn't explain traits early and punishes the gamer's default behaviour and hiding these under 2 or layers of upgrade systems. OR is backtracking to a blue weapon or armour then fully traiting them can still be a viable solution?
I was in the same boat and I backtracked the purples that were not BiS and kept the ones that were really good. Went on a fat farming spree and sold like 5 purple traits for around 1.5k lucent and used to trait blues. If you run into problems backtracking to blues don’t forgot to abuse lithograph.

@Dmachtz it really doesn't matter what source you get trait extracts from though. They have the same job across the board They have a lot of worth, and I wouldn't dip below 60-70 when selling an extract
I personally refresh the green contract ones hoping for a purple pouch, I have done some and used all 99 refreshes and not got a purple pouch but have got several purple pouch from doing this method, a bit boring but and not sure if all green contract can even give a purple pouch, I did get this from a content creator but obviously not going to post who.

Gotta find where it drops and grind for it. Messed up and went all purples. Took me 2 days of grinding certain mobs and got all blues.

It will reset to lvl 1. Same if you try to transfer a t4 to a new item. It will always reset to lvl 1.
