    wow i just watched the vid and it was a cool watch though I must say this was a weird topic. Like I feel like this topic is super niche and shouldn't have been focused on I mean seriously how many guys are there who are NOT doing these for safety concerns but rather for the time consumed and the amount of muscle they gained for it isn't much and sometimes they just don't enjoy it.
    Nice video tho, you're an awesome presenter as always and you have the facts to back it up. Wish you had some other cool topic or something idk like your diet/how you stick to it or the most fun exercises for you, etc.

    woaahhh man i remember subbing to you back during 2014 or something with another account. When you made the top 10 best graphics games lists. Bloody nice vids and always wanted more each year haha.

      I'm still a nerd at heart, even though being a parent means less time for video games. I go on paternity leave in a few weeks, where I look forward to using the extra time to make a video on "10 Year Old Games that Still Hold Up Today!"

      Best of luck in life with your kid and I'll be waiting for that vid! Sounds like a cool idea! You could also make longer lists, out of order, just so there's no arbitrary ranking and so you could talk more about games you like or something. Just an idea

      wtf are you talking about? He just said that scientifically speaking, deadlifts and squats are safe unless you chase 1 RM which is honestly unsafe for most exercises.
      He's not saying that you should do this or you shouldn't. He's saying it's bogus to say that scientists are saying that it'l destroy your body.
      It's perfectly fine to not like an exercise and choose something else, it's all about sticking to a program consistently and going hard at the gym while overloading over time. That's it. All bodybuilders show that if you just keep showing up and working hard, you WILL get jacked

    The healthiest excercise for lifting in real life is the Lunge, followed by the squat, and then the deadlift.
    Deadlift is unsafe, many people have hurt their backs doing it...
