Lost in the craziest market in Cairo 🇪🇬 Egypt | vA 8

- I walk around the local part of khan el khalili, the oldest market in Cairo. The chaos is absolutely fascinating, and on the way, I meet several friendly people, and I try some local food. Enjoy the incredible atmosphere of the chaos of Cairo, the biggest city in Africa.

Along the street; The salesman, the sounds of cars, the smiles of children, the rush of people and your sincerity towards people were all in harmony. I felt like I was walking the streets of Egypt with you. This is a very enjoyable feeling.
This is by far my most favorite channel on UA-cam.
Egyptians are such personable people. Even though it looks chaotic you look very safe there. Great video!
Just got back from Egypt, loved every second of it, I have to agree with your statement that Egyptians are very friendly and warm people. I did not see so called "scammers", they are just hard working people who gets very little help from government.
Very Good Man 👌👏👏
Thanks 🙏
as an Egyptian, i must agree with every single word, specially the last sentence.
thank you my friend for spreading the words about the real genuine Egyptian people.
@@hamada4568 15:01 ... 'mandate'?
@@TheWiseMonkey8888 sorry, what do u mean by "mandate"?
I'm an Egyptian living in Russia, I'm happy that you have been to my country, welcome any time in Egypt
I was working all day and tried to watch the video..every two hours I watched 5 minutes and I finally finished the video 😄
It is really amazing I loved it 👏
Wow, super intense those markets, but it's also very alive and energetic
You are so honest and beautiful inside eve, also your soul is 🤍
U loved the Egyptians, so they loved you. As u said, the reputation of Egyptians abroad is very bad, BUT Once you contact and talk to them, they will prove the opposite to you.
Once again, thank you for visiting Egypt, please repeat it ❤️
Those markets in the middle east and north Africa can be overwhelming but I became a PRO at navigating them. As long as you accept and respect people for who they are, they will respect you back
Iloov you
Egyptian
at 10:49 the guy with the white shirt called you '' a beatifull person '' its a nice compliment. he also asked you if you came to egypt alone
Wow..with all your travels across the Middle East I was surprised you had never tried prickly pear before. They are a real treat. They are delicious, fleshy and juicy but have hard pips inside. Here in the UK they are impossible to find as they are all imported. Most people only ever see them growing wild by the roadside on their trips around the southern Mediterranean and even then, would never dream of trying them..They don't know what they are missing.
It is a treatment for sexual weakness and immunity, and its leaves are used in medicines
We don't have in Iran 😢
Looks Delicious ❤
what a bustling night market!! Love all the wares and the atmosphere! The people seem really nice and sincere as you are to them. Thanks for sharing this one!
7:09 the guy in the white shirt literally said: Louis IX of France screwed people of al Mansourah (city in Egypte) one by one. 😂
It’s a reference to Louis’s attempt to invade Egypt in the 13th century lol
So random but funny!
lol, and 3 seconds after... "See people are friendly here" ... so naive
I love Egyptians. They are very very good. They are very kind.
Very hospitality. Look after the
Guest. Hard working. Very good
Skills. I was in Egypt working
as Rural Developing for Women
in Egypt. I learnt a lot from them
too. Sanai land, Alexandria, land of paradise Beautiful beachs. Tasty apples, oranges and seedless grapes. Olives
Everywhere. Dates everywhere.
Healthy and clean people.
I love them. They are my
Benefactors. Thank you all
Egyptians.
I like how you show the good side of Egypt too! I feel safer in Cairo than New York City.
In all my life, i've never been mugged or stopped by anyone despite living in a not so safe area for over 11 years. Especially now, Egypt has become very safe because a lot of theft happened when the revolution started 10 years ago, but now it is much better. I actually went to NYC a couple of years ago and landed at 2 am. I was honestly very scared while waking to the hotel, I felt like I was about to get jumped at every corner. Maybe I have superstitions, I don't know, but egypt always feels safer to me
Nice navigating through the many vendors of the city seeking food. Thank you for showing us the market. Safe continues travels. Mr. Francia
5:05 wow
7:05 😂
When you told that guy you are from France , he wanted to make a compliment to you , he said : "👍 Louis IX has "f,c,k,&d" everyone in Mansoura City👍 " .
😂😂
😂😂😂
..and 3 seconds after... "See people are friendly here" ... 😂

Glad you finally had good time in Egypt
You are very patient and polite person 😊
Hello again from Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪
The Lupine seeds with lemon are called Al-tramuz (In Arabic.) In Spain they are aso eaten as tapas, usually together with a combination of whole olives in the mix. :) They contain about 30% protein. :)
7:07 😂😂😂 he was saying that 9th luis destroyed mansoura city one by one...which was occupied by french people
Your English is quite good Eves , and your videos are magnificent . Life in Egypt simple but beautiful

Welcome to Egypt. An advice . You must eat pigeon in Farahat Restaurant in this market . it's a very special famous Egyptian delicious meal .

On the left and gestures right 😂
12:42 guy wearing fenerbahce tshirt 😂
Egyptians are simple people especially in the areas where you are now , once you are friendly and respectful of how they live you are extremely safe and welcomed, generally people respect foreigners just smile back to them and feel normal.
It’s know truth, people of Egypt are truly kind people. The government though, oppress their people.
Nice people🤣🤣, need a joint to go through this crowd.
Please do vist to India.. you will fall in love with our culture and versatility ❤️❤️❤️
the guy in min 7:17 he said so bad word :D damn
7:09 The man says that Louis IX of France insulted the people of Mansoura but the term he used to describe the humiliation was sexual🤣
he said that louis IX fuck the people in mansoura one by one🤣
When are you coming to Ireland? Your E-bike would love the trip around our beautiful countryside
7:10 people friendly eh ent lw tfham alak eh 😂😁😁
Welcome in Egypt pro
The juice is sugar cane juice
The asab juice
Is so sugary and healthy
We drink it to wash the kidne
Also the planet asab its makes the most good sugar in the world
It's called Cactus fruit
Good man 💪🇷🇸
the video I like the most when u r in Jordan ...of all places u go in middle east I guest that is the best one...
Nope
Jordan doesn't like Egypt
Palestine like Egypt
Jordan have many refugees from Palestine end Egypt
The guy at 7:10 when you told him you’re from France
He said “ St. Louis IX f*cked the people of Al-Mansoura one after the other” sarcastically as if Louis IX won the battle against Baibars 🤣
It's the opposite in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 the majority of Egyptians are privileged to film the Police! Not the other way around..... 🙏 We call it the Land Down Under.....
Great video, thanks. FYI, the way you ate the lupins is incorrect. You're supposed to pop the 'bean / seed' out of the skin. You break the outer skin by biting off the little nodule on the edge of the bean, then you squeeze the bean into your mouth by squeezing it out of the skin with your thumb and forefinger. Useless piece of information, but there you go 🤣
Actually both ways are correct
At the market the guy said what are you filming wasn’t too happy about it kino said in Arabic filming 😂
You drank sugar can juice, and the fruit is cactus fruit
What happened to the bike, the bike journeys were the best!
The bike is in Aswan. I was not allowed to ride it in Egypt, that's why my bike is not involved in my Egyptian videos.
Berkunjunglah ke INDONESIA wahai sodara ku...🙏🙏🙏
I think this is not khan Al Khalily Souq
I think this is Al mosky and Al attaba Souq
I hope you enjoyed your different charming trip

He was telling you that you give algerian vibes not france haha
Love so much your travel videos, I am French from Iranian Family, where are you from my Friend?
what i find very ironic and funny is thar foreigners, like us Egyptians, also try to avoid the police :D
Kino, not to sound biased, but do these people come in contact with any French people - they always ask where you're from - but I think that is just them being friendly? I could spot that you are French from a mile away lol. The peanut type thing with the lemon sounds delicious. Great video as usual, keep them coming.
We don't recieve a lot of french tourists, most tourists we get are from russia, germany, uk and arabs
Hi Bubba!
People ask "where are you from" in most countries in the world, I guess it's the first question that comes to people's mind when seeing a foreigner.
I think it's just genuine curiosity, and it's also an easy way to break the ice and try to start a conversation.
You camera is your best protection against scammers and thieves once they see it they become your best friend. And the ones who get upset are just mad they couldn't try take advantage of you without being filmed. Keep safe brother Yves.
Tourism sector in egypt is at best nowadays, they don't need to scam tourists anymore
The problem have started when tourism was affected badly due to covid
True
You ate lupine with its shell 😅
filming food can be an issue i egypt 💔💔
It was fresh sugar cane juice
You were walking freely .did not see even one policeman.Any way welcome to Egypt.
Can u make a video about France 🇫🇷
it IS not ( KAN ELKALILY ) . IT IS ( EL ATABA ZONE ) SHOP
