    I also deal with Chronic Pain. It’s awful. I also have been told, that people suffering with depression; we are very intelligent, creative, and our minds never shut off. I pray a lot, and I also meditate on the scriptures in the Bible, to strengthen my faith. I also sleep so much for being on Super strong pain meds for over 10 years.

    Mental health : To me Devon you are a professional i'll take your advice anytime and you also do it with style. so far in my life i've had so many so said professional who are totally incompetent. After my husband died due to his incompetent doctor i don't go out of our house i wouldn't make it outside. my life now consist of general anxiety disorder and panic attacks

    I really pray that you get relief. I can take a picture of these minerals my doctor told me to take to shut my brain down a bit. She takes them at night, and she gives them to her one son.

    It’s hard to stay disciplined with keeping our daily routine. I totally give up more than I should. I am going back with my trainer, but i am 69, and I can’t do what I did two years ago. My GP prescribed for me some Whole Foods supplements at night, to turn my brain down, so I can fall asleep. If you are interested, let me know? It’s basic.

      I’m always interested in suggestions! Especially when it comes to sleep because I’ve been having A LOT of problems recently.
      Sticking to a daily routine is one of the hardest things to do, but I keep telling myself that it’s one day at a time. If I miss a day, that’s fine. Tomorrow’s a new day and I can try again. Just having that compassion with myself has made it easier to complete everyday.

      My doctor has me take 2 Magnesium Glycinate equal to 800 Mg. total. And L-Theanine 200 Mg. 1 tablet equal to 200 Mg. I take these 3 pills to help slow my mind down at night. She takes this, as well as 2 of her kids at night before bed.
