My New Year's Word for the year is "anchored". I too find I need to be more intimate with the Lord,and in the Word more. I apply my word "anchored" daily to achieve being closer to God, anchors me, accountable, and woven into Him more daily.
When I was going through menopause, my son was so affected by it that he said I needed to get professional help. 😅. Poor kid. We made it through, though.

Good morning! Thank you for sharing your heart with us. Love the music! I start my day listening to Christian music as much as I can. It makes my day and infuses my spirit with thankfulnes, happiness and purpose. Sometimes we face extremely hard things, but we have to remember that the Lord already knows what is coming and He is always in control. Reality on this earth will never be perfect, but during those hard, sad times we need to reach out to Him and then "let go and let God." Praying for you! 💙

I’m almost in shock.. the video started with the music being amazing.. then I started to relate by the premenopausal part being something I’m researching as symptoms are arising.. then the Bible app.. I just started to deep dive into that and I’m loving the plans so much.. can we just be besties!? 💖

My mind watching this: 🤯 🤯 EVERY SINGLE verse u quoted in this video, i have specifically been clinging to daily during December and continuing now even today. And our family decided this year's vision / family theme is " moving forward in forgivness" so again i was like 🤯 when u shared the devotion on forgiveness! Im so sorry your heart has been burdened w sadness. The past few ( several tbh) weeks have been a period of stretching ( and tears) for my family too so I relate so much to the discomfort you're voicing here that we experience as He molds us. Praise God we have a loving Father who lavishes His children w grace and mercy and everything we need! He is the great provider and meets our every need...spiritually, emotionally, physically and monetarily! Our Father will never leave or forsake us, and He will never ever let us down. My heart is w you in prayer, sister. ❤

The music 🥰 I use YouVersion a lot, especially the audible part as I drive or clean house. I just started the Bible Recap to read the Bible chronologically in a year, which I have never done before and really enjoying it. Thank you for being you and sharing with us.
OM i was watching your video just now and i was thinking i wonder if you can freeze poblano peppers and 10 minutes laver your talking about how you frozen your peppers you grew in garden. Wow well i guess you can going to look it up if you have any tips let me know❤👍
I hope your life struggles are getting better. We've had our share, as I mentioned in your December post. I'm going to try to add a gratitude journal practice for each day this year; finding gratitude amidst struggles is hard, but can be therapeutic. I use a similar prayer/devotional app called Hallow that I started with last year, and it was so helpful, so its great you found one that works for you. Wishing you a joyful New Year!

Hello Terri! The herbal teas you use highly depend on your lab results. So what I use might not be useful for you and could even be harmful if you are not working with a practitioner. It's really important to find an integrative medicine practitioner that will do the lab work and guide you through finding what you need as far as teas.
You might start with looking into cleansing though. And of course gut health is important.

I LOVE the planner! I am not diagnosed, but am fairly sure I have ADHD and I struggle so much to keep myself organized. I ended up piecing my own planner together for this school year to try to meet my needs. I did ok, but it's not quite right. I may need to add some of your pages!

I'm sorry you've been sad. I would do a silly dance to make you happy, but I know that is momentary and not what would really help. Why don't you do a silly dance while reading this comment?? Maybe it will help just a slight. I know you aren't one who does exercises, but they do help you feel happier. A silly dance to a song will help you a little bit then!
