- Here's your guide for Week 1 of the Outbreak Perfected / Zero Hour quest. This video covers getting the craftable Outbreak Perfected and its intrinsic perk and the Rapid Hit perk through the Outbreak Refined I Quest which asks you to activate the first set of switches in the mission. Risk runner, scout with kinetic tremors, and an lmg with vorpal- Risk runner is just too good. Have your teammates run better dps options. Focus on speed and path getting to the boss as early as possible.
You're my go-to for the quest guides. Short, to the point and no uneccessary time wasting.

I thin normal zero hour difficulty is over the top. They should remove the power cap and only have legend have that cause this feels like legend
The power is fine, even legend is pretty simple with basic builds
I saw some comments on other videos saying it might be bugged. Maybe Bungie will patch it in next couple days

@4:08 You don't actually need to flip all four switches to progress. Each switch is to a different hatch. The only switch you need to flip is the furthest one away from the hallway to move forward.

You are correct. At the time of making this video, I thought that hitting all 4 switches was required to get the timer from the 5th switch. But as it turns out, all you need is that one switch just like in the original. I'll make sure to mention that in the next video.
How are the intrinsics unlocked? Like the corruption spreads... doesn't seem to want to unlock?
So after you hit the switches, do you have to beat the mission in that run? Or can you restart the mission and still finish the refined quest?
You can restart the mission after you get the quest progress complete for activating the switch. It doesn't have to be in the same run.

It's really difficult to explain in a comment, unfortunately. Originally I did have a diagram in the video showing a little more info about it, but I had to cut it out of the video because of an error on it.
The wall next by the lever is not open for me and my friend. Its just an energy wall and so is it for a few other doors. En the screen says its offline. How did you get it open?
I'm not sure which wall you are talking about. Can you be a little more specific or link to a picture of it?

say i'm trying to do the first part of the ship puzzle but i cant get the console to work i skip picking up the keypads and ry picking up the keypads but it still wont work

I ran the vault puzzle today, me and another got it checked for the triumph but our third didn’t get it for some reason. Did anyone else have this same issue?
I'd like to mention that there is issues with this mission got to a room with a spaceship and a bunch of piping and air conditioning and there's no way out

Would having the original Outbreak Perfected work?
Edit: For clarification I'm referring to the puzzle for the ship. Would using the original outbreak perfected work without having to obtain the new one.

you need to do this mission to unlock the craftable outbreak. not sure if you can use the old outbreak to shoot the 3 floating diamonds..
@@captaincreamy4468no, they are asking if you can use the original Outbreak to shoot the diamonds for the keypad puzzle or if they need the craftable version.
Which I do not know if the original will work, never tested it.
I never picked up a keypad and was able to get this done

Im stuck on the big area where the ship is. Idk what im doing
On normal mode you go underneath the ship, on legend you follow what I did in the video

You can find it in the "Legends" tab now. It's at the top of the main director screen near crucible

you can still do week 1. in fact you can wait until all weeks are out and then do them all in one go, but you'll still have to run the mission minimum 3 times.
@@NinjaPups Im having an issue with both quest, im in step 3 of 4 i did legend zero hour 3 times and my quest is not completed, do you know what could be the issue?

Yes, there four doors and four switches. Flipping all the switches opens the way out.

theres an easier way to do this. You don't need to hit all 5 switches in catwalk room. All you have to do is hit the last switch like you did and go back to catwalk room and hit the switch on the wall.

So, the opening in front of the ship isn't closed for me. I went in and i need to know what to do. But everyone keeps using the other vent route
It's closed on legend (1840) and open on normal difficulty (1810) because you have to take two different routes

@stoneycooper9758 dude, just find it. It's not too hard on normal just explore. The route is harder on legend. For the fire room part, the route is drawn on the wall in the room before

I didn’t have any special titan build actually. No special mods or anything. I think my teammates were just helping me shoot it at the same time so it looked like I was doing a lot haha
I didn’t take the keypad and still gave the schematic for the ship and the instrisic

Watched this video to see how to complete the Zero Hour activity, and there was no explanation. LOL. Launch it here, then after you finish it, . . . Oh well my search continues.
This video was for the quest guide, not the activity itself. Originally the video did have more to it like showing the floor pathway puzzle but I had to edit that out because as it turns out they changed the activity to rotate things like the floor path daily.
I didn’t want to show how to compete every inch of this mission otherwise the video would be 25+ minutes long and would be terrible for people who want to just do the new quest.
I would recommend exploring it for yourself because it’s one of the most fun things to play through blind. If you still think a full guide for the activity would be helpful I can consider making one.
Anyone else not able to pull the last two switches? I pulled the 4 corner switches but couldn't pull the middle switch or the last one.

Look around the room for a greenish diamond on the wall. Walk up to it and the wall opens up to the "Floor is Lava" room

because the new one is craftable. new perks.
The craftable version has perks different from the original. Rather than having Outlaw, you can pick Headseeker, Rewind Rounds, and Rapid Hit
The 3 things I shot did not match the sequence in the video

The time is the difficulty I honestly rather have it longer then 20 minutes
I dont understand how to figure out the order of the switches in the final room...how the fuck dose that diagram = the correct order???.. i get that it's the square we are supposed to do and the bottom left is the room where you press the switches...but how do you know what the order is...the arrows dont make sense.
That path in the vault wasn't the correct one for me.

I swear this fifth switch isn’t working for me for some reason.. watched this video 5 times, done the thing myself 10 times by now and i can’t activate the 5th switch… I hate this game so much…
If you are talking about the switches in the pipes room then the fifth switch gives you a timer and you have to rush to flip a sixth switch which is outside the room.
If you have the mountain top just launch yourself to the last switch first then go down and hit the fifth. I didn't touch the other 4 and it completed for me
