There's a perk you can use that's helpful with this. I believe it's called adaptive munitions. Essentially, the perk changes your damage output to match the element type of the target you're shooting at. I believe it's on the Positive Outlook Auto rifle
Randy’s Throwing Knife primary scout rifle has it also
I have an exotic scout rifle which fires explosive rounds. Made it full auto 🤷
48 hours later i finally did it solo , i was speeding through everything till the jumping puzzle but thanks for the vid it helped a lot
See the reason why this mission is hard solo is because not everybody is as prepared as this. Some don't even have Polaris Lance. You'll die a lot, but don't let that get to you and you don't get reset if you die at the boss. Just keep going until you do it. It's worth it and overcoming such a challenge makes you feel like you've reached a new level. Cheers.

Ebontis, thank you for the video 👍 my main problem with these missions is not even really the encounters so much as it is my absolutely horrible sense of location. I get so lost in those narrow vent spaces and the trevor confuses me so much. I guess my real world bad sense of location kind of transfers to video games. I got the outbreak rifle the first time around by stroke of luck going in with randos who eventually reached the boss while i was basically still running in trevor circles unable to find the exit 😅 dont think i will put myself through this all over again, but i enjoy watching your content. Keep it up 🙌

I recommend using arbalist linear fusion exotic. Perfect for those long range shield breaks I solo this back when and worked grea
If you have wish ender that’s even better since you don’t have to use special ammo.

Is playing this with a light lvl of 1810 even doable? I can’t seem to kill the enemies fast enough to have enough time for the final boss…
Floor puzzle changed I do believe mine was nothing like yours.
The increased difficulty in Normal kept things exciting throughout, and the extra time keeps things from being too overwhelming.
You should try legendary modes then since that’s the level of these enemies.
Getting stuck in that air hanger after dropping down the first elevator drove me mad.
God knows how im going to figure out the floor psttern thing and where to go with that electrical thing. Dunno how people follow that one

Now I finally know I have absolutely no chance of beating that mission 😭 (I started playing 10 days ago and I thought I could do it since I do have power at 1810)
If i already have this weapon do i need to it again from this mission? Is there any difference?
If it's anything like the last exotic missions it should give you a craft able version

my only and go to channel for solo stuff since im solo BUT this is one im afraid im might not get 😔 i absolutly hate timed missions..

Couldn't you get 1810 armor in the hall of champions when you first go there? That should help bump you up.
Go to the chest next to Shaxx in the Hall of Champions. You get a full set of 1800 gear.
Using this build or close to it. I can finally get to the boss but only with a minute left. Jumping gets me as well as the area with the brig
I switch over to stand and that helps a lot

I just played the mission and my route through the fire room was completely different… I had to brute force it…

riskrunner is low-key excellent in this mission until the boss room
Route through the fire puzzle is totally different, ruined my run trying over and over lol
This mission sucks balls. For some reason when I was doing it, the timer disappeared. I then finished it in 72 mins, and got the schematic.
Dragons breath can one shot the tanks.

Im an average veteran gamer.but this mission is ridiculous.i saw a youtuber put a cheat up where it stops the timer.not tried it and would never cheat but if other people are using this cheat then how hard is this mission?im on xbox and find it near impossible.why make things so hard for the average gamer.
Because the average player doesn't need it or do the missions and the majority want challenges and fun missions. It's like saying don't have an endgame, make it all easy so everyone has everything and it gets boring and dies.

I’m sure many did a video yesterday. Coming to another creators channel and saying this adds nothing to the video discussion and it comes across as why did you make this video at all. Mactics is an awesome nice guy and great creator, had him on the podcast too. We each have our audiences who appreciate our versions of content and that’s why we do it.

With Fireteam Finder so easy to use now days, why would you want to solo this, Why?...
There are triumphs for Solo normal for those who want or dont feel comfortable with others. I agree Fireteam Finder is great though.
I just may do this with Fireteam Finder instead of solo
