Hahah! This is LITERALLY why we edit them like this. Anthony and Myself (Alex) HATED watching a 20 minute video just to get the ideas...like if someone needs to slow it down, they can just pause, replay and adjust playback speed.

How many reps or how long you should make one exercise?
Am i wrong? Is the intensity supposed to be much higher? Just wondering if im going to hard. These are great exercises !
No you are correct! These can be done at a MUCH higher intensity if you wish. But we personally run a beginner and obesity management bootcamp program so like to show our videos at this pace, it also helps people to see the correct form ☺️☺️

Thanks so much. My tween has anger outbursts (Autism & ADHD) and heavy work helps him loads. I wanted him to start using the slam ball to get his frustrations handled in a healthy manner. 😊👍🏾
