Awesome Video BDA..... I made my first order Oct 28, 2022. Made top dasher December 2022. I occasionally get my acceptance rate below 80 percent, but I try to keep my at 85 to 95 percent. I notice near the end of the month last month I started to get a lot of turds thrown my way.....
Do you have to eat a lot of turds to keep your ar that high?
@@BestDasherAlive Well some. All the restaurants in my town are within a mile of my house, so I very rarely go more than 4 miles round trip, plus a lot of turds come in stacked orders and are usually within a couple of blocks from a good order in the stack. I usually do more turds in the morning when it is slower and bang them out quickly, usually in less than 10 minutes. That way I can decline the big steamers, like low paying orders in towns around my town that are more "hood-ish" with customers that are more likely to 1)not tip 2)complain 3)give bad reviews 4) do not turn porch light on in dark gang infested neighborhood. I am about 250 miles up the road from you near Fresno. In my dash area are 7 cities separated by farmland. My DD area is about 200 to 400 square miles, and includes some mountains. I do 90% or more of my dashing in a 3 square mile area. I will export certain high end restaurant orders out of town because I know the customers who order that much $$$ in food are going to tip decent to good, and most live in desirable areas in their towns. Of the seven cities in my DD area my town is the second smallest in population just under 15K. 3 are total hoods, 3 are 25 to 30K in population and have good, bad and alright areas. My town has the highest GDP of all, so they is minimal non tippers. Plus I keep very good records with screen shots of who is naughty and nice
Oh awesome I was just in Fresno doing doordashing over Christmas and have a video coming about it. I actually grew up in fresno so I know the area fairly well. What’s a best day/avg day for you? I’m curious bc I didn’t quite have enough time to get a really good feel for what it’s like around there and wanted to compare to here. I might be back out there in a few weeks
Shout out bro, you got me into this. Love it. Dash daddies

@@BestDasherAlive oh bro big time I won’t lie I stole your joke when it comes to talking to people I know, also Wayne is the 🐐 in my eyes so I hit best dasher alive sometimes in my routines.
Goes to show tho, if you ever pop off on UA-cam for whatever reason, do merch and put dash daddy on it. Lemme get my free one tho, big ups to you the OG, Father Dash 😆. Shout out from Oregon bro
I hadn't even done a delivery yet and when I dashed the first time the app was like "Congratulations - you're a top dasher!" I've been doing my homework so I already have a low acceptance rating but my first trip out was successful. 😂I've only done 5 dashes so I haven't been able to get a feel on the market in my area yet, but the only times that are ever available to schedule a dash are in the wee hours of the morning and there is nothing even open in my town at that time. Right now I can dash whenever anyway. Thanks for answering my question about high pay. I really enjoy your channel and your humor! That Lil Wayne intro gets stuck in my head. 🔥
In my market the scheduling starts at 3pm central time everyday. Try refreshing the schedule at the top of the hour around the same time
@@j_ke OK, I'll give it a try. Thanks for the tip!
@@twelevensies no problem good luck! Biggest issue I encounter is saturation in my area. So many dashers and my acceptance rate stays 25-35% where as some other dashers have much higher than me so I only get orders that everyone else has rejected lately and they are always so terrible. Real hit or miss here
I just became Top Dasher this month, in January, and have had my AR up to 100 and down to low 50s. Just brought it back up to 80s. Some days 0 Diamond offers some days maybe 1 or 2, yesterday I received 8, but mostly less than $6. Seems I get more orders during slow times, being able to Dash anytime is very nice, but it seems that most of the Diamond offers are low paying that happen to have low miles which are great during slow times, but when I decline the barrage of low paying orders during lunch/dinner my AR drops way down. One long time Dasher bud has not noticed a drop in quality orders when his AR drops below 70. His strategy to be TD is to be selective first 3 weeks of month and then take almost every thing the last week. I’ve only been dashing since November, notice that if it is busy I was making about same being choosy about which orders I accepted, AR in single digits, was actually getting a lot more higher paying lower mileage offers and considerably less time dashing, more time sitting, but not as many offers during slow times and days. And my buds that are consistently TD consistently make more than I do.
I called support after days of being inundated with high mile low pay offers and few to no Diamond offers and often sent to make deliveries way out of my zone and areas w/o restaurants. This started with my AR in 80s/90s, quickly dropped to 50s. After several calls they ‘refreshed’ my profile or whatever. I also cleared DD app cache by I installing and reinstalling. Then by accepting everything except the most egregious offers I was able to get it back up over 70% and yesterday was improved (got AR back up to 88%). Will say even though I can Dash anytime I want, now I am hesitant if I am not willing or able to drive all over Hell’s half acre. I used to like to pop out a few deliveries at night, I live close to many restaurants as well. But now I am concerned that I will get offers far away. I was recently pinged to pick up at Wendy’s 20 minutes away. Also repeatedly I get sent to a restaurant 6+ miles away in different town just deliver it to customers sometimes literally around the corner from same restaurant locally. DD says it is customer’s fault, and customers say DD not giving them option to choose closer restaurant. And often the tip would be a Diamond if it was from closer location.
I believe that the algorithm consistently sends better offers to drivers with more deliveries and that do a lot of deliveries on a consistent basis. Even though I have higher star rating and or higher AR the OGs still out earn me everyday.
For me dashing is so up and down. One day I’m making $25 an hour the next day it’s $9. 400 deliveries and I feel there is still much to learn.
that's a big difference
When I contacted Chat support they told me they were not allowed to give me my Dasher ID. When I kept insisting they referred it up and I was emailed by support who then asked for my email… again was told not able to share this information. I called phone support, after verifying my email etc, I was told they were not able to share this information, kept wanting to know why I wanted it… I insisted, she put me on hold for second time, had me verify my DL, and gave it to me. Took a couple of weeks. I bought 2 bags, which I have found handy for large orders and grocery deliveries, but no catering orders yet. And no invite into catering program. A friend here that is in program said he got in at around after 5k orders.
Have you met all the other requirements?
I have almost 900 deliveries, 88% AR, and 4.92 Star rating. I had 2 4s and rest 5s, with multiple glowing comments, until I started doing low pay offers. Now I have 2 one star ratings and 98 fives.
How long does it take to charge that bike from zero? I know you have two bikes and live in the midst of activity, but how many bike changes do you make in a day on average? Those are some pretty spendy bikes. Any recommendations for less expensive but worthy bikes? Hmm, inquiring minds want to know

How do you feel about "VIP Dasher Support" lol, it seems like they dont want to retain ppl
I think I saw it mentioned somewhere I don’t know anything about it tho watcha got?
Maybe I should make content on my channel. Ive been using your advice alot and its starting to give me better orders. Im on the fence about the catering bag. Should I get it?
Can only help and won’t hurt right?
AKA, 'Dash Master General ', like ' THE Post Master General ' ? Or, if you get orders from Camp Pendleton, tell the Marine ' Chief of Staff ' that you're taking over as , ' THE Dash Chief of Staff ' ? Things , get kinda critical for me , income wise, none. EBikes nice, hyper- scorpion , for delivery ? Pricey, great if could pay off in 6months. Dashing.
never go to pendleton haha
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
wait a minute.... Thats a different indoor helmet.

@@BestDasherAlive 👌why you wearing it indoors?
Ohh chipps...lol
Glad someone caught that
Dasherman posted 33000 and getting a refund.
What's with your post.
What's the line itemized for car rent and Tesla...🙂👍vroom... let's go...
Maybe one of these days I’ll understand one of your comments
The pizza delivering program in my market is horrible. It's only Little Caesar's that's signed up for that and it's typically trash but it reminds me every time since I have to take a picture of the pizza bag I purchased and go through a little extra step to complete these bad orders. 🥲
Every. Time. PlEaSe VerIfY YoU hAVe a PiZzA bAgggg
@@BestDasherAlive its so annoying
I got one the other day where it said make sure you take a picture of the bag inside the restaurant and that the restaurant is clearly visible on the pic 🙄🙄🙄cmon….
