When Gregor smiles, I smile.
Simple and direct! Great video!
Thanks so much! -GBY
Fender bought Presonus. And here I was pleading for video not realising Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Fender was around the corner. What an asteroid. Can Gregor and Joe save us now?
Please add an option for automation to follow on grouped tracks. It's a bit tedious process to use copy-paste
There is a much simpler way: just select the automation you like to copy and then press ALT and move the mouse to the other Track - thats it
Thanks so much!!!! IT WORKS!
@@85ndombe no problem, this way works with everything you want to copy (notes, audio clips etc.)
Been messing with this for so long already... Thanks, Gregor!
Excellent as always!! Thank you so very much!
thank you thank you thank you
Gregor, you are lifesaver 😃👍
AS ALWAYS , VERY HELPFULL
Awesome 👌🏾
Brilliant!
magnifique
Gregor, I have an unrelated question that could be an upcoming video suggestion. Can you demonstrate how to route audio inside Studio One, to the audio inputs of a VSTi also loaded in Studio One?
This doesn't seem to work for copying plugin parameter automation.
Is it possible to copy the volume automation envelope and paste it to clip gain? I use waves vocal rider for gain riding and i want convert that automation to clip gain envelope. (Update: just found out that it's possible)
Hi Gregor, can we copy paste automation in the midi editor ? It's been a while I'm looking for this.
How in the world I'm i just seeing this last night I went through 2 drum loop tracks just raising the snare by 4.0dB literally 1 snare at the time just couldn't get the clip gain automation line to copy across to each snare smh 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Thanks buddy!
Hi Gregor! Quick question. Let's say I did a bunch of editing, via clip gain, that I am unhappy with. How might I restore the event to its original level and try again? When I try to aim for 0dB, it goes all around it by like .1 or .2, but not back to 0. Thank you!
What audio interface can I use with my presonus sphere and studio one
I often have an automation lane that no longer can find its target. Is there any way to relink it to new target.?
Ha. Just yesterday evening I was wondering how to do that in a project. Are you a psychic Gregor? You just know what we want, do you :D.
fender&presonus?
Plz add automation to project section
I have a tricky question. Is there a way to export these automation values, in any kind of format, say, a plain text file, with a pair of timestamp plus the value with as many data points as there are in the automation?
Have you tried saving the track/lane as a musicloop? Might retain the automation data.. If it's for use in S1
@@PikeBishop1 I want to use it externally in a video with Adobe After Effects
Still Presonus or Fender?
PreSonus! -GBY
@@presonus if PreSonus becomes a foreign company it will destroy your brand.
This does not work for me. When I select the automation points it selects the entire track, not just the specific highlighted automation points. And it does not seem like you can past this to a buss parameter. Something is amiss, here.
Please make sure you have Clip Gain Envelope view toggled on the respective Event (right click -> "Gain Envelope"). -GBY
@@presonus I'm not trying to copy clip gain envelopes, just automation but I'll try that.
not working! S1 v 4.1.4
you beautiful man
These videos after this one are obviously spam. If Fender fucks with PreSonus like Gibson has done in the past with Opcode and GigaSampler I will sell my PreSonus gear and will find another way. Tread lightly Fender, learn from Gibson's mistakes!
Guys...the deal isn't even closed. These are all videos made by Presonus. - Joe Gilder
@@presonus Oh boy, this is only going to get worse until there is some official info about what this could mean for the future of Studio One. I understand that probably nobody knows yet, but this creates a lot of fear, since historically spoken these mergers usually don't mean anything good for the product. This F bomb as you might call it put a lot of S1 users into pure panic mode, I would expect that rumors, fear and doubt will run wild until someone can make some offical statements of what is going on.
@@presonus well we are already pissed.. selling out seems to be the trend.
