Flying is super effective against bug, grass and fighting types and it’s weaknesses are rock, ice and electric type
@@ByoKora775 Weaknesses I'm sure I know, but its strengths are always odd to me. Bug makes some sense, I suppose. And grass, mildly. But Fighting?? And gen 1 didn't really have any fighters to be effective against. And when it did, a good psychic was all you needed. Grass and bug are dealt with with fire and ice, so flying always felt underpowered to me. At least back then.

I do find it cool that you can capture them AFTER they faint, never understood why you cant do that normally
@@FallingSilverSnowSae It's totally just a way to artificially inflate the challenge of catching mons. That's how I interpret it, anyhow. 🤷♂️

@@FriendlyHermit well it would depend on what the maximum amount of HP is for each mon but last I checked in Fire Emblem especially GBA 1’s typically maximum is 60 HP but since it’s a mod it could be higher
@@ByoKora775 Good to know. And each mon has random stats, so each max might be different. Any idea what max lvl is?
I cannot figure out how to get surf. I have surfboard and have beaten Sabrina... but I cannot travel over water yet. Any tips?
@@brendanbradley6961 I've asked my local expert, and apparently Surf as we know it doesn't exist in Pokémblem. Water and Flying types can traverse water, and for the others, you've got the surf board. Once you've tackled Sabrina, you should be good to cross water. The player character doesn't, "surf", though.
