He partners with brands that offer environmentally friendly solutions as part of their leadership model. Arlian also has become an international speaker at high-end conferences and festivals. His films have been shown to over 790 000 students in Australia and overseas. He was Green Globe Awards Nominated 2018. He received the NSW Department of Education Student Award and has been made the ambassador for Clean-Up Day Australia and World Clean-Up Day. Last speaker engagement was at the 2019 Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayor's Forum as a plenary speaker. Upcoming speaking events are the Commscom2020, leading marketing, and communications conference. Upcoming a United Nations-sponsored reality TV show with celebrities from South Korea, shown on Netflix to 181 countries.
