- Feels bizarre to be making these again, but these videos have returned! Sonic Superstars is a pretty decent game, although it didn't have much that really stood out amongst the crowd

No. I think its because Trash sounds much meaner than Triggered did. When I saw this video I though he hated the game and he was gonna go over why its bad. But then I realised after the first few seconds that its just a bad rebrand of Triggered.

The chaos abilities like water and the Vector fire jump thing are pretty useful for trying to move about the landscapes. Especially vertically.
It feels great that this series is back after a year and a half! This channel feels more normal now. Can’t wait for the “How Mario Bros. Wonder is Trash!” video!

To be honest, I thought it was never coming back because The Good and The Bad was a combination of Triggered and Mind Blowing. So glad the unexpected happened!

I'm so glad these are back, and you definitely managed to balance the Triggered, Mind Blown and skits in this video compared to the old ones
This is why Nathaniel Bandy is my favorite because he always puts his hard work into this and anime the intro
7:50 if you actually know this the rabbit skin is sonics old design before he was made a hedgehog
That skit was unironically the best one I have ever seen.
The zone acts actually seem to have a system. The first zone is a normal 2 act zone, the second zone is a character zone with 2 acts and a character act (3 acts), then the third zone is more like a mini zone with one act (idk if the act is longer than normal acts). This repeats through out the world. 1 normal zone, 2 character zone, 3 mini zone. 4 normal zone, 5 character zone, 6 mini zone. 7 normal zone, 8 character zone, 9 mini zone. 10 and 11 break the cycle and swap. 10 is a character zone and 11 is a normal zone. This is to get act tails out of the way. I won’t spoil it, but there’s an obvious reason why act tails can’t be in zone 11. Zone 12 isn’t really called zone 12, but it’s by logic a mini zone. I won’t explain, because spoilers.

whoever did that has some serious talent
One thing that I love so much is that they have started bringing out old, forgotten characters instead of relying on completely new and major characters (no problem with new characters but I have a problem that they often are only one-time). Ray and Mighty in Mania, Fang (generally an underrated antagonist) in Superstars, I hope they'll continue this trend (I'd like to see another version of Emerl/Gemerl for example).
I would love to see shadow as a playable character,i mean seriously he is the coolest boss (In SA2 he is a boss) also he is WAY different than sonic he has unique skills (ofc) and I believe you will be able to explore areas where sonic can't go (like knuckles)

They will be on whatever games I'm interested in, so that includes new and old. For this year though it'll be all new games

He never mentions the final boss. Because who ever made it is a psychopath to not add checkpoints to the other half of the fight. Because if you die at that part because of a PIT you have to redo the entire fight and I hate it so much.

I really wasn't expecting this video to spoil Trip's face reveal, her super form, the final boss, AND the true final boss. A warning would have been nice. Now I feel like I've seen everything.

I heard that Sonic Superstars being hard was due to Sonic Frontiers, people complained about the game being too easy, but with the DLC known as The Final Horizon, then the game became hard.
It’s awesome for you to finally get back to this series along with "Mindblown", now you can do those on games you haven’t covered before, like Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, and Skylanders, really hope you’ll see this.
The legendary and nostalgic series is making it's grand re-opening and I'm all here for it!

Yeah I'm a little bummed out now. I didn't want to see any of that, the game's barely been out for two days and I haven't had a chance to pick it up yet.
If you ever played the original sonic the mechanics feel and look very similar, not a bad thing imo.
Kind of cool how the Machine Tails ride to fight Eggman, or just Frozen Base Act 2 in general, is a reference to Fantasy Zone.

Triggered worked because the word tells you that these are annoyances with the game. But trash sounds like you think the game is terrible. I really hate the name. It doesn't work.
The new sprite for Nathaniel looks pretty cool! Not better than the original, but almost nothing is better than the original. Still though, I like it!

It was a risky move by sega to release this a few day before wonder, and in my country superstars is $94 I think I know which one I'm getting.

@@ArtsyJet Sega and Sony overprice their games in Aus with their top tier AAA games being $80-110 it's a bit stupid. Nintendo though their games range from $60-90 with Tears being the most expensive switch game at $90.
Also I found out Wonder is $70 here. So yeah very bad pricing.

I am happy that this series its back but i feel weird with the renaming trrigered to trash but its still good that this series is back
I love this series, I'm glad it's back, and I'm glad the humor and format are unchanged. However, I don't think the "trash" name works at all, and I think it should be changed again. You don't have to change it back to "triggered", but I think it should be changed to something like "infuriates you" as someone else suggested, or maybe "annoys you".
This is (almost) all of my Sonic Superstars pain in one video.
Right as Nathaniel said “so let’s get into how superstars is…” I paused the video and knew right away we were getting mind blowing and I was so happy
Calling this game trash and not triggered just seems harsh…. But I’m glad Nathaniel didn’t make this series too different from the original one. Sure somethings have changed but not too much. I like that
