I love the references from sonic superstars, i know the game is hard but once u fully playit and practice it (like sonic games are supposed to be played) it becomes easy and you can blast at speeds through the level

According to a Prima Strategy Guide for Sonic Advance 2, the rabbit design for Sonic wasn't meant to be fast, but instead grabbed rings with his ears. The game Riatar you mentioned was repurposed from that concept, with his long stretchy arms replacing the rabbit ears. Also, not sure if this counts, but I'm pretty sure E-102 Gamma's first stage in Sonic Adventure includes like 80 Tails dolls to shoot. But maybe they weren't *the* Tails doll, so I don't know. Just a Little Correction: You said the water pushing section was a reference to Sonic 3's Hidrocity Zone, however this is actually a reference for Laberinth Zone from Sonic 1, if you haven't seen this, just go the right routes. ;D
