- In this new series I’ll be breaking down the best boxers over each 5 year period, giving insight into the greats & their dominant peaks over the last 124 years of boxing’s brilliant history across the 20th & 21st century!
In this one i break down 2005, all the way to modern day, where we can see how the landscape has begun to change, since the retirement of the legendary Mayweather & Pacquiao prime years.
All videos were originally made individually on my Instagram and edited together for a long format, so apologies for any repetition!

pacquiao 2008-2012 was the most dominant. He went through 130-154 lbs and destroyed champions and first ballot HOFers like Maqruez, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Bradley
He never destroyed Marquez but he did beat prime Marquez slightly in 08, why didn't u mention Barrera & clottley though

Pacquiao is still 2-1-1 against Marquez overall but I agree he never really destroyed Marquez. But if you think about it, the draw between them was a judging error and Pacquiao should have been the winner. Pacquiao was also winning the 4th fight until that faithful KO shot by an obviously roided out of his mind Marquez.

Crawford hasn't faced as many world champions as Canelo because he's one of the most ducked fighters in the world.

@@rais6036 If your statement was factual Canelo would have fought Crawford already and defeated Crawford. But in reality Canelo is too scared to fight Crawford because there’s 90% chance of him securing a third career loss. The ripple effect of that is he no longer be mentioned in the conversation of the greats given today’s climate in boxing in terms of records.

I have looked at Inoue and Tank's record and Tank have three five star and six four star boxer on his record and Inoue have two five star and seven four star boxer...but Tank's before his first title fight ( 17th bought) his opponents were one star but Inoue's most opponents were three or four star ⭐
Out the six fighters he was on steriods in 5 of those fights (with a head size bigger than a headgear). And in the Marquez fight when he cycled off completely as Roy Jones said " HE'S NOT GETTING UP JIM "
crawford ahead of canelo???? kell brook was ko'ed 2x before he fought crawfod....... porter went into the crawford fight with 3 losses, hadn't fought in 15months, was 34yr, father said he threw in the towel because porter didn't train as he should have, and he retired after the fight......avenesyan had 3 losses and already been ko'ed.......spence was ejected from a car going over 100mph while driving drunk, needed a year to recover, then needed surgery for a detached retina....... over that same period canelo fought 6 reigning world campion , and 5 undefeated world champions?
Floyd was the most dominant fighter from beginning to end. Hate him or Like him hes the only won that beat everybody in front of him for 20yrs

@@ThatoRadebe-c6n I like inoue don't get me wrong, but I also feel like he hadn't fought real competition. Which isn't his fault, his divisions don't really have the talent that the 135 -160's have.
With Haney, even if u wanna excuse the ryan fight cos of the drugs, u still can't excuse his controversial win against Loma. Haney is a good fighter but he's clearly not the best lightweight.
In my humble opinion Tank is the king of the lightweights

@@eyequeue1297 I was just talking based off accomplishment not performances, I was aware that Inoue divisions are are not real competition, I know for sure Tank has better opponents in my opinion better than Haney and better performances than haney

Until then he will forever be a cherry picking ducker with 2 losses on his record unlike Crawford, Benevadez, Tank and Mayweather fam.
