I could have only imagined how crazy The Scoreboard would have gone if the Astros would have wrapped the National League Pennant in Game 5 of the 2005 NLCS at Minute Maid Park, before Albert Pujols won the game for the Cardinals in the 9th with a 3-Run Home Run off "The Dependable" Brad Lidge! Then, the Astros had to go to St. Louis to wrap up the 2005 National League Pennant.
i think its funny how at the end of the vid the cowboy gets the bull and its the horse he is riding making the noise, and it was Carlos Lee who hit the dinger
I wonder if they done the Astros home run celebrations like that last season at Minute Maid Park? I'm pretty sure they did, I love that celebration, especially the snorting bull with the smoke coming out of his nose, along with the American Flag and Texas state flag coming out from his horns, that was so cool. :)
Cool, you folks in Houston brought back the old Astrodome bull and cowboy following a tater. Good job!
Good job astrodome folks!
@hoosierlooker They brought it back when MM Park (then Enron Stadium) opened. Kind of a tribute to the Astrodome. I love that it wasnt forgotten.
Love this celebration! Let's Go Stros!
@Jacob Laco A + stros = Astros :)
I love they put the Astrodome Homerun cele on Min Maid scoreboard!!!!
ASTRODOME!!!!!!!!
Good to see some traditions never die!
Also the Train goes whenever an Astro hits a Home Run.
Looked like the vintage Astrodome scoreboard!...takes one back!!
Wow. They actually put the astrodome celebration on Minute Maid park! Good old vibes.

I’m surprised the Astros couldn’t find a way to incorporate a light animation board in the new park
They do now

Where was the train?!! Boo!!
I said that too.
Yeah they've been doing that for 10 years. Any idea if they still do it on the new new scoreboard?
they stopped doing it in 2015
dum ideot They actually still show it.
Connor Murphy with Minute Maid Park instead of the Astrodome
Why do I see the home run celebration on the new new scoreboard? They keep doing it on homers. See a home run video from 2016+ @real.isaias
Just Like Today!
Miguel Tejada's head exploding from all the steroids.
Yeah but dull! miss the old scoreboard did you get the train on tape
