I still think Mirage is underrated compared to Unity. Unity's animations are cool and flexible, but the controls are terrible and the movement is as slow as Valhalla's. Arno's animations frequently skip frames even at 60fps, and if you keep watching him you will notice that he moves in an unnatural way, like a balloon. Mirage is an adaptation of Valhalla, but the animations have been reworked to look more like Assassin's and updates have brought the freedom of movement much closer to Unity. Now you can eject much farther and the controls are not as bad as in Unity. The cityscape is also very parkour-friendly, and there are very few places where parkouring is interrupted. All in all, I prefer Mirage. I like Unity as much as I like looking at it, though.
@@JFVideos960 In Unity you do almost everything, even things you don't want to, by just holding RT/R2 too lol. Yes it's still better than the rpgs but it doesn’t change the fact that it's also bad
@@JFVideos960 yes, you can do more in Unity (hold one more button sometimes lol) but even if you master the parkour in the game, there is no training in this world that can't prevent the game from deciding to launch Arno somewhere you don't wanna go, or just preventing you to do something as basic as ejecting to a place you wanna go because the game simply didn’t reconised the wall next to him, all of that because parkour in the game lacks control and precision. Combine that, plus the horrible story and buggy IA and there, you have the "best AC game" 💀 So no, "Skill issue 🤓" is not the problem here, actually, it's just an excuse that tries to justify the problems that AC parkour is having since Unity
@@-BLACKNIGHT- I never said Unity was the best AC game. Oh boy, I did not. But, it’s definitely not trash like you say. And you can offset the parkour targeting by just pressing the jump buttons when you need to. It’s literally so easy, you’re just using the run button only
It's bad since Unity, the difference here, is that this parkour system is slightly better than the rpgs and syndicate, that's probably why people say it's underrated
I disagree, i think Unity is far from being the best in that aspect too, it's parkour system lacks quality and control, and it's very contextual based, which makes it even worse to master
