- I recently made a video on my other channel where I once again shill for the ghosting playstyle -- that in which you complete stealth levels without being detected or killing anyone. I wanted to once again record some levels using this style, since to me, this is the most lore-accurate way to play as a generic field assassin. I completed the first three missions in this style, and if the video does well I will be sure to do the rest. I hope you enjoy it!
Assassin's Creed Unity is an action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released in November 2014 for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One, and in December 2020 for Stadia.

a true assassin knows that a few deaths due to falling equipment is normal but one vip death with no collateral damage screams assassination.
@@EdenFalCie Soo true. Accident happens all the time. But vip mysteriously dying while surrounded by guards? Definitely assassination.

Good lord, the NPCs in this universe A) are completely deaf, B) have absolutely NO peripheral vision, and C) think smoke bombs are just naturally occurring, everyday events.
Well this game is like 15 years old to be fair, the fact that newer games are like this still is definitely a misstep though.

@@lonelydriver98 True in some instances but you know I think it adds to the assassin aura to only kill the members of the templar conspiracy and to have their guards be like "how tf did they get to the boss I was right there" lol
@@LRZephyryeah, that actually make sence, but in all my playthroughs of acu i was founding myself killing almost every enemy at the location because of satisfying animations and creed points 😅

the last kill was actually impressive! it may looked as a failure at first glance but after you escaped successfully, it made me think that it was actually much cooler because of how the guards were distracted so easily and how deadly the assassins were. one look away and the person that they must protect was gone, as quick and easy like that

This game played with minimal interface really brings the cinematic element to the fore and properly illustrates just how immersive it can be to play. Really puts you into the world and makes you feel like you are a Master Assassin.
Amazing runs, so nice to see non-French people enjoying Unity in its canon language (we are quite proud of this dub) ! I was shocked to learn recently that my 2 favorite AC channels were actually the same guy ! Keep up the great work !

Honestly I couldn't stand the British voice acting 😂 I had to switch it to French to be more authentic and it made it a much better experience

As much as I can admire your commitment to assassinating only the target, I can't but laugh at the enemy AI.
I already liked your original ghosting videos and seeing you do it again, with the mods and tons of more experience was deeply satisfying and a sort of "full circle" moment. By all means continue making this type of video as well because they are incredibly interesting and educative.

I like this idea of treating (fictional) murder with respect. In many games, especially ac, killing a human being becomes something extremely trivial. But playing the game like this gives the killing more gravity and meaning, it puts the assassins as a syndicate in an entirely different (and I think much more realistic) light. It appears much more like they have an actual and halfway decently moral codex.
Thanks for bringing that fantasy closer to life :)

Ngl ghosting in AC is so much more fun than just eliminating any guards your way, it actually forces you to be precise and plan out your moves towards the target without causing any casualties. Doing it also improved my play style.

Unity was a masterpiece. Arno’s an amazing character. Definitely in my top 5.
I commented a few days ago but I’ll just comment again. If you use ACU fixes, there’s a couple of settings you should turn on in the mod menu that makes the game look next gen 👀
When you go to weather, there’s an option called “finer controls” and you can change the amount of wind you want there to be and it makes the clothing physics react realisticly. There is also 2 more settings called “dry spots” which makes the textures look better and “puddle size” which makes the puddles on the ground look so realistic
