is a great vid, but for beginners or people with poor core and leg stabilization the only one I will suggest from this video is the leg front swing but has to be slow and rhythmic and the same for the shoulders swing. the skippers are almost power exercises and will not recommend them for beginners or poor core and leg stabilization, specially the lunch can cause an ACL injury because of poor deceleration and stabilization of the knee. the exercises are great but I will use them for the middle of the work out rather than a warm up and the individual have to be very active and fit as Dr Ryan is to performed this exercises. Stay Fit=Train Safe

Does it make a difference if I warmup for sprints (60-200m testified) or more endurance running? I remember back in school, I "warmed up" by doing quads-stretches and a bit of light running, but couldn't managed a proper sprint in 2002-2005, since either my glutes or hamstrings always cramped, which obviosly ruined my times and marks.
You probably have to consider that back then - in ~2003-2007 - I had ludicrous high power-endurance and "pure" cardiovascular endurance (mixed endurance; being 1,78m and ~72kg with particulary strong leg-muscles; in 2-2012 I measured my mixed endurance on a semi-professional bike-ergometer (gym) over 1h at 6,4Watt per kg including the weight for a race-bike and my sport-clothes (~515watt at 80kg) - though I was completely exhausted after that 1h - and yes, that is/was competive at international level :D ) I've done a LOT of bicycling and a bit of jogging since I was 9 up until ~2007 (1991-2007)

Focus on striking the ground with the ball of your foot, with your knees slightly bent. Try and lean forward a very little bit to help keep your weight over your toes and not your heels
