- Hello and welcome, thanks for stoping by. Today I'm installing remote air chuck kits from ARB for the driver and passenger side. I have been trying to find some good locations for mounting the kits for a little bit . I was attempting to keep them in the center the vehicle for easy use/ reach to each tire. The mounting location on the front bed rail/bar is as close to the center line of the truck as possible without installing them on the frame or the roof rack. The cross bar offers a decent location with easy access and the ability to hide the lines within it. The location on the cross bar is inside the exterior lines of the cab, so they should be safe from limbs on the trail. I say should, but anything can happen. It took a good amount of parts and fab work to get just the right amount of form and function. Overall I think it looks decent, I should have drilled the air line hole closer to the edge of the bar. It would have made for a cleaner look up close. They look real good further away and decent up close. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching.

For the ARB lines and fittings I went directly to the ARB site to track down part numbers from the catalog. Here-- arbusa.com/sit...
Then headed over to Northridge 4x4 here-- cutt.ly/ub6iOva
To order the parts I needed making sure the part numbers matched the ARB catalog. You might want to do something different, so this is a good start on getting you over to the parts where you can chose what you need.

Thanks for showing how the quick release worked I thought mine was broken!
Anytime, thanks for watching
Gotta be honest, I have no intention to do this but I just love the walk through and can even learn a few things! Great content!
Thank you very much.
Never thought of putting the remotes like that, on my setup, I have the ARB twin, with one line plumbed to the front bumper, the other to the rear to a 1 gallon tank and remote connect right off it. That’s a pretty sweet set up you did.
Thanks for the kind words!
Where did you mount it onto your bumper? Im trying to figure out a solution but haven't. I have the ARB Bumper. Thanks for any help.
Cool install! You could even put some black techflex sleeving over the airlines under the traction mats to hide them a bit 🤘🤘
Thanks for watching. I came back later and ran the line though the front panel of the bed. So now it no longer comes up from the bottom but rather directly behind the maxtracks.
I definitely agree with keeping everything ARB guaranteed fit and quality like your engineering mindset and the way you try to keep everything OEM the way it should come from the factory if Toyota had that option The only thing I think might look better was if you had that T fitting running all the way up into the bed channel where you didn’t have that loop behind your trax just one line going up but I’m sure you already know that dude I definitely love your videos I’m hooked thanks man
Thank you for the kind words. I hope my videos inspire people to give things a try and come up with better ideas. 👍
That’s a super clean install
Thank you very much. I appreciate the kind words.
Awesome Install !! Currently figuring out how I want to route my air lines..
Thanks man. Still holding up great with no issues and no air leaks. Thanks for watching.
This is definitely a unique install but i love how this turned out! Now this mod is on my list of maybe's!
Appreciate that, thanks for watching.
Now that’s super clean work!!!! Wow
Thank you sir. 👍
14 seconds in, and your intro has me cracking up.
Thanks for watching, glad you like it.
Heck yeah man! Digging this mod 😎
Thank you, I appreciate the kind words.
Impressive concept and application.
Thank you, appreciate it.
Nice job and info.
Thank you. Appreciate it. 👍
Install was awesome I really like the walk through you had. Do you think you could flip that track around so the lines run between the cab and the bed than that way the lines aren’t near anything and maybe a clean look? Just wondering but great video been watching a lot of your videos and giving me ideas for my taco!
Thanks man, I’m sure you could run them between the can and the bed. It would need a different remote set up though.
thanks - you have cost me more $$$ that I care to admit, but you have great ideas and I appreciate the details. Do you need the solenoid for the ARB if you are just using it to air up tires? Another great Video!
Thanks man, no the solenoids are for the lockers only.
Sick bro!
Thanks 🔥
Bro this is awesome!!!
Thank you very much.
Looks good 👍🏾 could you run an air chuck to the small cubby in the back? Would I do the same process and just extend the lines? Could I run the lines all the way to the back cubby and just make a hole?
You sure could, It's all the same process. Just need longer lines as you stated. Thanks for watching.
subscribed because Marine Corps. plus us crayon eaters gotta stick together
Hell ya, I’ll snack on couple for you later today. 👍 and thank you.
Great information video!!
Thank you, I appreciate the feedback.
@@ClassyTacos no thank you. Its just hit yhe nail on the head mate. Perfect information just what I was looking for.
That was cool, nice work
Thank you, thanks for watching.
Nice!
Thank you.
@@ClassyTacos I'm really thinking on doing this to my 2021 if you don't mind me asking what did you pay with everything being ARB accessories
@@chuyhdz3082 Given the current supply issues the prices could be way off in comparison to when I bought these. For all the exact parts I used, I was between $200 to $300. That includes the remote chuck kits which were $50 each. Thanks for watching.
@@ClassyTacos appreciate you brother 👍
Yo Classy, it’s Jaymes from the pero gc. The stew lines you got directly from ARB? Planning on running a 2/4 gallon tank under the 3rd gen soon. Looking at different ways to run things
All the lines and fittings came from northridge4x4, they are an authorized dealer for ARB.
Not a bad idea
Thank you.
Nice bro!!!
Thank you, appreciate it.
Where did you get the stainless steel lines?
I buy all my ARB stuff at Northridge 4x4, they have a huge selection. Thanks for watching.
Wher did you source the tie downs?
They came from At The Fabrication, they have different sizes in case you don't want to go all the way across the bed. Thanks for watching.
Where did you get the plastic cap ends?
If you are asking about the ends on the upper front bed bar that I drilled the holes into, they are there from the factory.
