Ive got the 4k eufy and i can't complain. A good few of my friends and neighbours have eufy. They don't complain. No extra fees, no replacing batteries etc. I would definitely recommend it over the Ring brand.

Eufy products work very well without external (monthly charges) services as well. One of my must haves.

Eufy has been my choice so far for Security and I have a Eufy Scale and Robovac
So how can you hear it if it’s mounted outside and you maybe at the back of the house.
Does this ring your built-in chime or does it require a separate chime?
It works with my existing mechanical chime.
I got one. It sensed motion for the first day and then nothing. They said it was defective and sent me a new one. Same thing again. Big pain in the butt. I just wanted a good motion detection camera. This one is 140$. I figured you get what you pay for so went with this one. Very unimpressed.

It seems that the Eufy is basically useless if you don't connect it to the internet, which is not something I'd be comfortable with after they were found to be not handling the data properly.
why doesn'y anyone talk about storage
I would consider checking the eufy past before using their products. They lied about storing footage locally & was not securely protected. They also tried to hide it when it came to light.
You may be okay with the history but it's worth pointing out to check the track record of any security products that you plan to use.

As did Ring, as did Google, as did Apple, and Samsung, and Amazon, …they all lie and store our data according to the FTC. And I’m not a fan to one “brand”, I just know they all lie to the consumers and store our data. Facts only!

Yes! I had the same issues. It worked when it wanted to. It would work if I reset the battery. Rebooting it. then after a short time working it would stop sensing motion.
Compared to your existing camera the field of view looks more narrow (on your old doorbell I can see the second roof top on the left)
Do you know what the field of view is of both cameras? 110/130/150/160/180 degrees?
Is there a difference of field view between the upper and lower camera for the new doorbell?
Eufy is owned by China. Just so you know.
Everything about it is awesome except for its required using 2.4 ghz wifi channel!! You would think in the current generation it would allow you to use wifi 5 5ghz channnel which performs way better. 2.4 performance is poor and with interference ill give this one a miss. I currently have a ring that can use both channels and i can say when its on the 5ghz channel it performs way better of when its on the 2.4. I would have replaced my ring doorbell but the showstopper was this.
