You can use both! Because of the camera you can manually add an SD card to record everything. The only way you want to have Homebase 3 is if you want it to record on a more significant memory also the Homebase 3 would create its own network so the camera would work more effectively as there wouldn’t be delay. Apart from that, you can use it on its own as well
I would like the E340 but don't understand why it need to be so huge compared to S340 Whats the power consumption on E340 with 24/7 recording? How much data it consumes? Can 24/7 recording be switched to only motion detection recording? Can ypu please answer my questions. Thanks

The floodlight cam 2 pro has four motion detectors so that when installed on the ceiling, each one detects movement. With the E340 you only see a motion detector on one side of the camera. What does the E340 do when it is mounted on the ceiling if movements come from the side where the camera does not have a motion detector?
@@golfofrei4907 Not sure exactly, but I guess the two PIR sensors are always monitoring for motion, so if the camera’s looking to the Right, the Centre & Left sides are still being motion-detected. (I think this one has 3 sides instead of 4 like on the Camera 2 Pro).
