The hard wiring is easy, you just need a small Philips screwdriver and the wires with the hard wire kit just wrap around the connectors and you tighten the screws. The manual has instructions for this too
That’s for sharing, I’ve never had an issue with mine but tend to use it with the Apple home app 99% of the time, I wonder if maybes it’s more reliable that way? How do you use yours?

@@MarksTechVlogs i mean the fork or rounded type connectors on your doorbell, I guess you need some kind of crimper to do that.

@@MarksTechVlogs 50/50 home app to aqara app. Loading feed takes at least 7 seconds. Notifications are quick though.
Odd, my feed in Home loads in about 2 seconds when I’m at home and varys when I’m out on mobile data but my home network is running a few Eero Pro 6’s
