I found a black "COFFIN of DARKNESS" with a "Ro-beast" in it. The coffin is in the box, but open. So, I can take it out. I put 1 AA battery in it & it lights up red with retractable chrome batwings. This is a VERY cool piece! I highly recommend! It crosses collectable lines, if your into horror movies, "Goth" stuff or MisFiTs, this blends right in.... I found this at a Toy Show/Con. I wasn't even looking for this, & probably didn't even know it existed. I don't really collect Voltron other than having the diecast Lion Voltron & the 15 vehicle "space Voltron" when I was a kid. The price was right, so I bought it. It's very cool.
YES! This was the version of Voltron I had when I was a kid!! It was my fave toy especially when you had all the guys. Kieth, Hunk, and the others. They fit right in their lions even in Voltron mode!!! It was the most kick ass toy I've ever had and I am kicking myself for giving it away to some kid!!!! Ah well I played the crap out of that Voltron so it wasn't even in mint condition, but it still rocked!!
I had these...the Panosh Place toys, action figures...not the cool Castle of Lions though, which I always wanted but never got. I also had the cool 1981 Bandai diecast Voltron...now those were the days.
To all the Voltron HATERS out there, I still have all the 5 plastic lions and the accessories that go with him brand new in a box (never been played with), and all the good guy action figures unopened, so don't get mad cuz all you could afford was the die-cast ones. Everyone on e-bay has the die-cast ones, but try to find the plastic one in brand new condition and you'll find out that you can't.
I was one of those kids that couldn't have a $50 Matchbox Voltron Set. The Panosh place stuff was too fuckin' retarded!It sucked! I saw it for the first time at a friends house and thought it was the coolest toy. Well, 25 years later, I find a Voltron die cast at Toys r Us, only it was made by Trendmasters...it even had a Blazing Sword and other weapons! It was $35...and I was there to buy my daughter a birthday gift! The Trendmaster version discontinued but I've seen it on eBay.
I had 3 Go Lions and a Princess Fala as a kid.
wow, this is the one I had as a kid. Lots of fun and it didn't hurt me like that fancier die-cast Voltron

When theh hell was this available! I have the lions since forever but they aren't this set! I didn't know you could get the evil ones!
I was lucky enough to have every one of those toys, but i kept losing the blue lion for some reason......

I wonder panosh place is on the web site
Where can I get all five lions? Anybody!
I wanted this so bad when I was little...but my parents wouldn't get it for me cuz I was a girl. Hey, girls can like boy things too!!!
The die cast ones were much better. I miss the days of high quality toys, :(
I should get those lions!
@thewseshow Something your lacking?

who ever created this commercial didn't carefully watch the cartoon. Voltron carried blazing sword in the Red Lion's mouth.
