It was the skin I choose upon completing the main story on Korriban (you get offered a choice from 3 Vette skins: blue, red, and a yellowish/greenish thing); you can also buy some from the security key vendors and vendors on various planets (or the planet's space station, such as Ilum as an example), and newer ones have come from the cash shop so the AH is another place to buy some. I forget if there are any on vendors on Vaiken/Carrick aside from the security key vendor and maybe a VIP room vendor. Looks like if you don't pick it from the quest rewards, you have to get it from the security key vendor (unless things have changed), or if you're Republic and want it I guess a vendor in the Cartel Bazaar has them? torf.mmo-fashion.com/vette/
recently done this and also killed the boy and his mum. now would like to know the outcome if the dad was killed and the son replaced him? anyone know?
Old but another thing that happens is that later on in the story, someone knows what you did and basically sees you as a legend, and calls you smart and cunning.
Baras has the patience of a saint. Even a Jedi would have smacked the player character.
Maybe that's why he tries to kill you later...subtly trying to kill you as a petty revenge for all that shit you've given him :D

There is a flirt option with Lady Grathan.
Eventually you get stopped at a space port with someone saying that Grathan wants you dead.
