    I used to play football ( soccer) then i stopped and went into HIIT aerobics running and the like but in July at 41 i bought some boxing equipment and started training myself. When people see me train they think i wann join the army. Boxing training is very tough but sweet. The discipline hmm. Though i have been waking up 4am nearly all my life, the waking up at that time to run is the height of discipline and for boxing its a must

      Boxing training is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness. HIIT training can also be done very well on a sandbag: 30 seconds of fast and hard boxing followed by a 20-second break. A few rounds of this routine get the circulation going.
