I know most of us are watching this for inspiration regarding your weight loss journey and implementing some of your great recipes. But I have to tell you I wish that I had seen these videos as a young mom (they're all adults) because your tips on the getting ready, putting on some makeup, making your bed, etc. are things I wish I had done. I think it would have helped my mindset a lot in those early years when the kids were little and everything seems like absolute chaos. So I'm happy that a new generation can move into motherhood and homemaking with your inspiration ❤️
Oh, Amy! If you only knew what you've inspired! I've had some health challenges for a while, and your journey was the trigger I needed! You're such an excellent communicator! I've been tracking the healthy foods I'm consuming for 2-weeks, and I've learned so much. On some days, it's been tough to achieve calorie deficits. So, I came up with a list of meals that are 500-cals, 400-cals, and even 300-cals -- all with protein and fiber as priority over carbs. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and the specifics! Just a little tip on boiling eggs. Bring them to a rapid boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 13 minutes. You can do a little less or a little more time, depending on how you like your eggs. I like mine a little less than fully hard boiled. ☃️ I like this method because I get to walk away from the stove.
I do something similar for “dessert”. I cut up a banana (small rounds), put little bit of peanut butter on each, and then drizzle some melted chocolate. It’s so good! I keep it in a freezer. And our kids love it too!

Love this! Cottage cheese is not my thing. It has much more sodium compared to a non fat Greek yogurt which has a higher or similar protein profile per serving but with less sodium. Especially if someone is sensitive to salt with bloating, water retention, high blood pressure etc… your videos are so soothing and relaxing! ❤

Spindrift is the best! I always say that it doesn't taste like flavored sparkling water, but tastes like sparkling water with fresh squeezed fruit added. Just as if you ordered a sparkling water at a restaurant and squeezed a lemon wedge, or other fruit into it. Plus, no messy fingers! Definitely a big difference with this brand.

I am so thankful I have stumbled upon your posts! 🙏🏻 I personally have been so off track since 2019 . I used to work out 4 to 5 times a week in the gym with weights cardio for 45 minutes five days a week even helped other people. But due to a lot of incidents and stressors even glut cares hip replacement death in the family I have gotten off track and I’m now 50 pounds overweight, I have felt trapped and lost, your posts I’ve been very encouraging and practical from your sweet spirit that radiates your love for the Lord and your practical steps and guiding with helping meals and prepping and even touching base on the perfectionist attitude of thinking we gotta have everything done and clean before we can ever work outcan be a huge deterrent. I just want you to know how much you much love to you and your family and thank you so much for your meal ideas when I say I have been so lost I make your meals and tell my family my adult children they come over and eat it. They love it.

I tried the egg avocado cottage cheese hot honey today. It was out of this world good. I used agave also. I love spicy food but when you add honey it makes it mild hot. I can enjoy my meal and spicy
Amy after watching your video I planned to make the soup for one of my weekly meals and I just tried it and it is very flavorful. I substitute dark red kidney beans and this will become one of my go to soups. I plan on adding kale or collards when I reheat it. Thanks for sharing🙂 🥣 !

Your soup and ramen dish look so delicious! I made the Pioneer Woman veggie soup last week and it was very good, added some browned ground turkey for the added protein. It’s our busy season at work, so I am grateful to have healthy food on hand to warm up quickly. I’m not a fan of cottage cheese but I will give it a try again using your suggestion. I’m down 9.1 lbs today, 19 lbs to go to reach my weight loss goal. I made your chicken sausage and roasted veggies last week and it was delicious! Good to implement! I observed the food prepared has a balance. Snacks are permitted unless you are truly ravenous. Water sustains the space of fullness so to speak. Im finding my place of this nutritional and weight loss journey. Thank you 😊

Out here in Canada, we have Buble sparkling water (lots of different flavours, 0 calories, no sugar, no carbs, etc.... I use it as a mix for making cocktails along with the Jordan Skinnies Margarita Mix, the Bellini Mix, or the Pinacolada Mix...a perfect Keto cocktail!

I love Spindrift, but it is way more expensive than bubbly, sparkling water probably by two dollars and very clean as well. You should try it. They definitely have many flavor choices at target and a lot of times they are on sale.!! I’m glad you gave the cottage cheese recommendations because I do like cottage cheese, but I had a hard time with that one that you were showing today, but adding those items in the cottage cheese looks more desirable and a feeling to me and I love spice as well, so thank you !! I make a very similar noodle dish on a weekly basis and it is to die for. I add in PB2 for extra protein and flavor and it is very tasty as well.

I love these videos with you. I am not a fan of cottage cheese so your version may change my mind. I am looking forward to trying it. I also will be trying your other meals as well. I am finally cleared to get back to exercising after my surgery in June and am looking forward to going to the gym. My goal is to lose at least 100 lbs. Your soup and ramen dish look so delicious! I made the Pioneer Woman veggie soup last week and it was very good, added some browned ground turkey for the added protein. It’s our busy season at work, so I am grateful to have healthy food on hand to warm up quickly. I’m not a fan of cottage cheese but I will give it a try again using your suggestion. I’m down 9.1 lbs today, 19 lbs to go to reach my weight loss goal. I made your chicken sausage and roasted veggies last week and it was delicious! Good to implement! I observed the food prepared has a balance. Snacks are permitted unless you are truly ravenous. Water sustains the space of fullness so to speak. Im finding my place of this nutritional and weight loss journey. Thank you 😊

Out here in Canada, we have Buble sparkling water (lots of different flavours, 0 calories, no sugar, no carbs, etc....
I use it as a mix for making cocktails along with the Jordan Skinnies Margarita Mix, the Bellini Mix, or the Pinacolada Mix...a perfect Keto cocktail!

Regarding the Asian noodle recipe, is there any way that I could use beef or sausage? We have pasture raised pork & beef. So could I use either of them along with either vegetable stock or beef stock? I am so excited to try this recipe… Thanks Amy❤
I love when you share these videos of things that you eat and you have to give me that have really helped me so please continue to do these. I love the soup recipe. I’m definitely going to try it.!! I love Spindrift, but it is way more expensive than bubbly, sparkling water probably by two dollars and very clean as well. You should try it. They definitely have many flavor choices at target and a lot of times they are on sale.!! I’m glad you gave the cottage cheese recommendations because I do like cottage cheese, but I had a hard time with that one that you were showing today, but adding those items in the cottage cheese looks more desirable and a feeling to me and I love spice as well, so thank you !!
