You need to go to a fabric store and buy cotton cording. It is located near the trim and decorator fabrics. I don't have the exact size...but there are usually only 2 sizes to pick from.
Hi there. I think you could glue the tops on but you would have trouble filling them up when they empty. Wick last awhile. At least 2 or 3 lightings.
