I'm not sure why, but that Talking Heads' song "Burning Down The House" comes to mind... One thing to consider: I'm not sure that the rigid mounting using plumbing 'F&M' rings is the way to go without some sort of compliance being incorporated such as a rubber sleeve between the bottle and the ring. I'm a little concerned that a rigid mounting might leave the bottle vulnerable to breakage if someone brushes by it or otherwise hits it accidentally.

Then make another one. They're just recycled bottles that are usually thrown away anyway.

Tiki torch bottle gets very hot. Can it brake the bottle?

Interesting, I have never seen a clear wine bottle with just a label you could take off. Then again, if it's white wine... that may work.
