This is a follow on video to my contest response to Brent0331’s current contest. This shows my PLCE/LBE load out for the 72 hour recon/observation scenario.
If the time constraint was too tight for a full runthrough, Record full length vid, speed up until it meets the 10 min limit then submit. You have submitted an encrypted 10min video that needs slowing down to gain the info within, thus securing it against enemy forces :-p Assess, adapt, advance. 🤘
When I enlisted, Alice was the issued gear. Loved it. I hated when we switched to the LBV. When I deployed, I was a SAW gunner, so the LBV was basically useless.
Is it possible to somehow use this setup with a backpack that has a waist belt ? Seems like this would be very handy in the mountains, having all your quick access gear at the ready while everything else is in the backpack.
Often times waist belts interfere with belt kit, that is the case here. One of the Pros of PLCE webbing is that it’s worn snug around the waist and the sustainment pouches make a shelf that the pack rests on. This helps transfer some of the weight to the belt similar to how a waist belt works. If your pack is very, very heavy and a regular waist belt set up is needed to help with the weight, I would probably switch to a chest rig.
Brit kit FTW.
Cap look up Kennedy nylon design.

Loos good stunt man
