i converted all the grams to US measurements and tried to get it as close as possible!! i tried it out and my blueberry muffins were incredible!! 1 1/8 cup flower 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 3/8 veg oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 egg BLUEBERRYSSS

I haven’t put egg (60g) and milk (130g) and replaced it with warm water (190g) around 45 degree Celsius. Is it because of the replacement so the texture’s change?😅 I also use frozen blueberries.
In fact, you can mix all the dry and wet ingredients separately, then put them together and slowly mix until the flour is invisible, add blueberries and gently mix it evenly. You don’t need to let the dough seat. When the oven reaches the set temperature Bake directly. Wish you success! Thanks and have a good one! 🙏❤️👍

Have you ever tried it with a bamboo stick (the bamboo stick is inserted from the thickest part to the end and taken out is clean) before take it out? Or you can try reducing 20g of milk.
