牛奶230克(2杯+2大勺)
雞蛋2個(蛋液100克+-)
白糖50克(3大勺+1小勺)
酵母5克(1+1/4小勺)
鹽4克(2/3小勺)
無鹽黃油50克(3大勺+1小勺)
刷(软化)黃油20~30克
蔓越莓乾100~120克
烤箱預熱15分鐘
180°C
30~32分鐘

Egg✖️ 2( egg liquid 100g+-)
Sugar 50g(3 tbsp+1 tsp)
Instant Yeast 5g(1+1/4 tsp)
Salt 4g(2/3 tsp)
Unsalted butter 50g(3 tbsp+1 tsp)
Mezzanine :
unsalted butter 20~30g (softened )
Dried chopped cranberries 100~120g
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes
180°C
30-32 minutes

請問老師,若整好型的未烤麵糰,如果烤箱太小,無法全放進去烤,怎麼辦?其他的就這樣放著,還是冰起來,待第一次的烤完再放入嗎?
